Unbelievable that a Walmart account is required to use the "Smart TV" features. Have tried every way possible to set it up, but the Vizio setup will not take the codes sent by Walmart. We've tried email and text. Now I understand why people say they just want electronics that just work straight out of the box.

This is without a doubt the worst tv ever made. I have had Vizio before it was a quality tv but this new one is JUNK. Constantly goes off says no internet connection but the internet is fine everything else is working on the wifi. AGAIN THIS TV IS JUNK SHAME ON VIZIO.

I was afraid when this said smart tv that I was going to go through the same mess as the Roku but was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to set up, especially with my Fire TV. Simple!

The Good: Good picture for a cheap price. Uses standard mounting bolts, unlike the one that this replaced. The Bad: No LAN port. TV cannot connect to hidden Wi-Fi networks. I haven't found how to re-order Antennae channels yet. Interface is slow. The Annoying: Vizio accounts are now Walmart accounts. Was this a TV that needed to be a Smart TV?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At 72 years old I have been fighting giving up my cable box but finally decided I need to purchase a TV I can stream on. I was so surprised at how easy my new Vizio was to maneuver through. The directions on the screen were simple and the quality of the picture was amazing. I am now going to purchase two more to replace the other televisions in my house.

I was really excited with my purchase, but when opening the box I discovered something unusual. The remote control as well as the mounting mount screws were missing. I felt sad %26 disappointed by it because I was really looking forward to be able to use the tv right outside the box. This creates a sense of untrustworthiness towards my future electronic purchases within the store. I am really unhappy %26 disappointed by this matter.

Good picture;fair sound;hand remote controller a little too small (need extra light to see buttons and no voice comand available on the remote). It works fine for my small bedroom space and only use it at night and sometimes early morning.

Everytime I got to my password, it went back to the beginning when I hit any key on the remote. A "technie" friend also could not get it connected and suggested it was the TV. I returned it to the store.
