Does not work have to purchase a firestick.

Bought tv for my neice. Will not work as a smart tv. Only if I buy a firestick. Very difficult instructions to many errors. I do not recommend

Just got this, please advise why it has volume turned up to 75 when I turn it on. I dont listen to it at that high level.
