Better stand legs needed.

wifi dual >a little sliw. stand legs are Too small, Vizio is now own WM product. Support services from tech<less than stellar. otherwise Tv is good. Some apps for subscription must be verify. 40 one is good too. bigger stand legs. You dont need to down for remote use. Use the remotes included, product registration required, data collection, not too happy about. Support AI , tells you to go purchase replacement even when new.

DUMB IS SMARTER THAN SMART!

BIG, BIG MISTAKE! I THOUGHT I WAS BUYING A DUMB TV. iT ALLOWS ME TO WATCH ALL THE CHANNELS I WANT (MOSTLY NEWS AND SPORTS) FOR FREE.) THE SMART TV REQUIRES A PAID SUBSCRIPTION TO WATCH THEM. VERY CUMBERSOME AND CONFUSING TO NAVIGATE AND SEARCH. THE REMOTE IS A CHEAP PIECE OF NON-BACK LIT JUNK WITH TINY SYMBOLS..

Don't waste your money

This TV was easy to set-up and affordable. My main issue is that there's a problem with the audio and video getting out of sync. The picture slows down. I have to turn the TV off and back on but then it does it again. After some research, this is a common problem with the Vizio. This problem doesn't happen with any other TV in the house. If it wasn't such a hassle I'd return it. It's totally worth it to pay for a Samsung rather than deal with stuff like this.

This TV is really easy to set up. The sound is good, but not that great because it comes from the back of the TV instead of through the front. The home screen is familiar and has a great look. Its easy to navigate too. I like the remote but it doesnt have a microphone.

Set-Up Was Frustrating

I like Visio products, sound bars, but had no idea about the televisions in this line. Visio wants you to download the app, of course, but we don't want to. My viewer of this tv doesn't do 'electronics' and does not have a phone and therefore we don't need an app. It was confusing setting this up as we are led to places that we had to figure out what to do next. I'm not bad at setting up computers, tvs and such but I must say, it was really frustrating and I finall figured it out but it isn't an easy program. I hope I can easily go into settings and tell this system to 'forget' my wifi network as we just want this tv for cable. That is all. I just wish it would have explained that this would happen in the description some how, give me a hint that we would be having to deal with the set-up. Not difficult for those who are tech savvy, but for people who don't want to deal with it, it's a pain. I found out a lot of info 'after the fact' and see that others have had problems so people are kind enough to make tutorials to help. The opening screen should read FOR CABLE ONLY and for WiFi ONLY and give directions for both. Simplify it Vizio!

•Amazing COLORS! Clear, sharp picture and sound even though it's only a 720. Excellent TV for such a Low Price! •One negative with the VIZIO Programming. Each time you turn the TV off it resets to the Pre-programmed “Vizio Free TV" offerings when you turn it back on. You are then Forced to wait up to 1 minute while it downloads then you have to Press INPUT and Scroll Down to the HDMI key to get to your regular Cable or Streaming broadcasts. An irritating waste of time IMO.

No volume buttons, remote app charges weekly fees.

This tv is TERRIBLE. I wish I would have bought a cheap Walmart Roku tv because at least the app is free. If you usually use your phone as a remote (I have 3 toddlers with a remote fascination so physical tv remotes are scarce), then you won’t like this tv. It literally has NO WAY to turn the volume up or down on the tv itself, you HAVE to have the remote. Then to top that off, the remote apps cost a WEEKLY fee to use even for the Visio app! It’s pathetic. When cheap Walmart brand tvs have the option to turn it up or down on the tv or AT LEAST let you download a free remote. Doesn’t seem like an ‘advancement’ in technology to take off every button on a tv except the on/off button.

Avoid if you value your sanity

Returned the TV because the legs are impossible to install. 3 adults tried. I never turned it on.
