The old VIZIO was flawless for 14 years and we hated to see it go, but the back lighting was growing dim with age. (we all know about that, don't we? LOL) The new VIZIO is an amazing TV, great picture, easy set up with the on-screen instruction, and 300 free channels! WOW! I hope this awesome TV wows me for many years! Way to go, VIZIO!

I can’t hook up the tv to a guest wifi that does not use a password. Useless. Tried using the hotspot from my phone to cast. That does not work. Thus I cannot use any of the smart features from my camper. The setup is also too complicated. I can’t use this TV as intended.

They track everything you watch and always want more. Cannot watch without signing snoop policies for them and of course Google. Also whenever I move or sometimes touch the TV, it turns off and resets itself so I have to go through all the settings and network password and stupid policies again. Stupid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would not recommend this product. It constantly turns itself off, then erases its own memory so that you have to re-program it over and over. You have to re-enter all your passwords to all the apps when this happens. Very frustrating, and my time is worth more than that. I couldn't get the thing returned fast enough!

I am sorry i purchased a vidio TV. It has been so much trooble witht he software that if I ccould find the sales slip, I would return it. The TV would not work past a six alfa/numeric code on the TV. I think its a very poor visio product. I will never buy another Visio product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought one 65 in and thought it was great so I bought the same brand for my kitchen, a 24 inch that is perfect, weighs nothing so I can move it to another room like the bedroom if I want/need to. We were using a Samsung 50 smart TV, a few years older that we had and have not replace it with Vizio. The Samsung kept "loading" when using streaming unlike the Vizio that is working great. Well worth replacing the Samsung. The quality of the picture is so very much better also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed to replace my existing Vizio bedroom TV, which still worked & had a beautiful picture. It also had plenty of electronics connections on the back & had been connected to satellite. I now needed just a Smart TV to connect to WiFi, which my old Vizio could not. Enter my new bedroom Vizio TV, same size, but it's a Smart TV. I no longer needed to connect to other electronics, so this one is just a basic TV that connects to WiFi ... that's it. And because of that, it's unbelievably inexpensive! It's thin, lightweight and has a beautiful picture. I'm VERY happy with it!

I was looking for a TV slightly smaller than a 24" but settled on that size in a different brand, that was a little cheaper. Brought it home, completed the initial programming and set-up and found it to be very limiting in it's performance. The remote was so simplified that all navigation was done on screen, there was no key pad, just directional arrows. Two hours later I returned it and bought the 24" Vizio. Thus far, I'm very Pleased with it and can now easily watch my free channel sports games will enjoying a margarita on my back deck. Also it is light enough in weight that I can easily carry it to wherever I want to use it.
