Many more features than I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The set up was a bit frustrating as I am 69 years old and not a tech/app wizard. I don't understand why I had to set up an account and use my cell phone to navigate through the process. As for the TV .. it looks great and works fine. I would buy another one for sure.

Good extra TV but missing some features

I like the value this TV offered, but it would have been better if it had a faster wireless connection and an ethernet port to connect directly with. The setup was a tad cumbersome, and slower than I expected but once configured, it works well for my needs.

I love these tv’s

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the best tv’s! We needed to get something to let us stream after we cut the cable! We already had 2 but needed to get something for our older tv’s! Rather then buy a Roku or Firestick we bought 2 more smart Vizios! We now have 4!!! Great tv’s for the money!

Dissatisfied

I can’t hook up the tv to a guest wifi that does not use a password. Useless. Tried using the hotspot from my phone to cast. That does not work. Thus I cannot use any of the smart features from my camper. The setup is also too complicated. I can’t use this TV as intended.

Best Features Most Value

My Visio purchase gave me the ability to enjoy TV across multiple platforms. It was extremely easy to setup for streaming apps, over the air broadcast and satellite platforms. I really like how easy Visio makes it to select the various platform inputs. The apps....Visio includes all the major streaming apps...no downloading. s Just select and log in. so easy to find your apps. I also liked how easy it was to setup the bluetooth headphones and sound bar. No Engineering Degree required. I am extremely satisfied with my upgraded viewing experience which came at a Very Affordable price. Visio is now my brand, no others compare.

Vizio Smart TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would not recommend this product. It constantly turns itself off, then erases its own memory so that you have to re-program it over and over. You have to re-enter all your passwords to all the apps when this happens. Very frustrating, and my time is worth more than that. I couldn't get the thing returned fast enough!

Perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy I was able to snag this since it fitted on top of my dresser. I was able to setup the TV to my liking and it already the typical apps that I use. All I had to do was login and I was ready to start streaming!

Convenient and ease of use

I bought a new Vizio last week and have had no issues navigating all the new to me features. Bluetooth is so nice to have to be able to pair my Bose earbuds to it with ease while I quilt on my loud machine. I’m just waiting for my voice control remote and I’ll be set. Thanks Vizio!

Glitchy Sets Loaded With Garbage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've purchased two Vizio sets in the past 18 months and the first one slowed down to the point of being barely useable. It's loaded with so much junk the system isn't powerful enough to handle, that simply trying to watch a show becomes a chore. The second set resets constantly to factor settings, losing the Internet/network connection and wiping out all saved settings. Each time I have to set the thing up again and finally Vizio set up stopped allowing me to create new accounts to do so. Returning that piece of garbage.

TV is possessed!

After we finished setting up the TV for our guest room, we turned it off and went downstairs. After a while I started to hear music. Went upstairs and the TV was on! After going back many times we found online that this apparently is a problem with these TVs. Went through all suggested ways to fix to no avail. We return the TV the next day.
