Setting up the TV was quite a challenge. I had to go online to create an account, but after verifying my email, I could not go back to the orginal setup page. It took me over an hour to get the TV working. Also, my preferred app was not listed and I have to purchase a separate Roku streaming stick to get it.

The only problem I'm having is when I switch from my firestick back to my cable TV, the TV goes in and out for a few seconds before it stops and runs like it's supposed to. Not sure what to do to correct it.

I am not happy with this product. When I turn the TV off, it will come back on by itself. This is VERY annoying. In addition, when it does come on, it in the set up mode. and I have to RE-ENTER all the information its requested before I can even start watching TV. A waste of my time. I have to do this step/process just about everyday !!!

Picture is great. Sound is good. Variety of sources is extensive. But the user interface is clunky compared to Samsung and Sony. It is annoying to have to navigate to my live TV channel every time I turn it on. The tuner does not seem to be as good as other units I have had. It doesn’t pick up many channels my other TVs easily find. So for the price, I would say it’s worth the buy. But it is still clunky.

I like most of the features but the Livetv leaves a bit to be desired compared to Directv. It takes several steps to find the Favorite shows. Once there you have to discover that you need to push the bottom of the ring to get to the listings then you have to scroll through the choices until you find the channel you want. Directv has the stations numbered so once you have them memorized you just type that in. Recording shows is more cumbersome. Fast forwarding through the commercials in recorded shows is more difficult because the images are tiny whereas with Directv they utilize the whole screen. A writeup of the functions of the ring on the remote control would be very usefull rather than frustrating experimentation. Overall if iHulu wasn't cheaper I would have stuck with Directv.

The picture quality is very nice. I like how the remote has numbers instead of just up/down buttons for channel selection. However, the Direct TV Stream app is not on the tv and is not an option for adding. This is disappointing. This is not a problem with our Phillips tvs. So we ordered a fire stick, an additional expense, so that we can watch Direct. If Direct TV Stream is not something you watch, this is a good tv for the price.

Needed a small TV for my kitchen and came across this one. I'm not used to buying small TVs so I was a little nervous but this little TV is amazing. Easy setup, great picture, even the audio sounds good. It mounts in my kitchen perfectly and now I don't have to run around the counter to see the touchdown that was just scored!

I set it up and not even a minute of watching it cleared all data and I had to start over. After 4 tries I took it back. Now it's not that Walmart wouldn't take it back (they are great about returns), it's the inconvenience of having to take it back. Visio for myself anyway has always been hit and miss. I quess they have no QC in the manufacturing process. Anywsy, I purchased another cheap brand and am happy with it.
