First when asked for icing the lady told me to get a different kind. I looked on the app before coming so I looked again. She had rushed me off like I didn't know what I wanted. Another black lady told me it was kept in the freezer. I don't know her name but she has issues with her eyes. This lady was very nice. She saw the rudeness and tried to help me She said it was better. Please tell her thank you again. The other lady that was talk to two other ladies rushed to give me a bucket with hair and other dirty items on it. I didn't feel this was ever happened at your store but it was a let down. It made me think what other items are kept dirty and given to customers in the bakery. It was a let down in customer service in the bakery. Icing was great.
