If you're like me you noticed the low ratings were all over the place, too soft, hard like a rock etc... etc ... So which is it. I wanted to try and give some clarity to that. My experience starts with the gold standard of Tempur-pedic. Dense, deep, slow sink, but hot as heck. We LOVED them. For years we bought their toppers at a similar membership big box store. Until they changed the formula to the white, cloud Serenity formula. I'm sure there are folks like me that now hate their mushy marshmallow with no support, and don't want to shell out big bucks for the Adapt. I bought THIS mattress pad after that failure, because in store the foam seemed to have that nice density and slow sink to it. Even better because the price was right on sale. It was a great topper, until about a month in it wasn't. In my opinion those people referencing the rock feel, are talking about the initial feel or maybe aren't as familiar with memory foam. Those saying too soft, are more in my camp. I think this mattress pad softens up way too fast. Keep in mind this was also during winter, meaning summer would have been way worse had we kept it. I would wake up with so much back and hip pain...which is usually what memory foam is good at alleviating. At any rate I am disappointed this one was a miss. It unfortunately was returned. The hunt for a budget friendly foam topper continues.

I just received this and just got it on the bed. I recently bought a new mattress from Sam’s. It’s great but I am still having too much pain to get a good nights sleep. I have a herniated disc, osteoarthritis and osteopenia, sciatica, hip issues, along with a bunch of other osteo diagnosis. My first impression…Amazing! I haven’t slept all night on it… but just laying on the bed after I got the mattress and foam padded cooling pad on the king size bed…like laying on a cloud. It took so much pressure off my hips and spine! I pray tonight I can finally get a decent nights sleep; without waking up every hour in chronic pain!

It was comfortable,but not cooling! Our bodies sunk in the foam, which made our pillows too high, causing neck issues.we returned it today!

Insanely comfortable. Super soft, I sink into it and it feels like a big hug. Never slept better in my life. This topper has saved my back as I was waking up daily in pain before I got this. Very much recommended for everyone!

I love this product. I sleep so much better. The material is great and soft. I like that a cover is included when the package arrived. I would definitely purchase this product again. I would recommend product to my family and close friends.

The mattress topper is really nice and comfortable. We laid it on a queen mattress and it is incredibly more comfortable to sleep on. Just know of you sit on your bed, it might cause some imbalance but it’s not anything that is hard to adjust to.

Came in smaller box, wasn’t sure how it would expand. Took 48 hours to expand to the 4” . Put this on my daughter’s bed and she says she sleeps like a baby. She loves it and says she has had the best sleep.

OMG, This is so soft and comfortable. It is very important to follow the instructions before first use otherwise it has a weird smell to it. It is really soft. It comes in two, the mattress top 4 inch which is thick and the cover.

I bought this mattress pad for my son. I wish it was mine, I will be purchasing more. Nice cooling, comfortable, and feels like your sleeping on a cloud. My son is excited to get into bed at night and calls it his cloud.

I used tge 4" Member's Mark Pillow Top mattress cover on my 11 year old sons bed. He is resting so much deeper now. Kids have school, sports, and over all active life styles so I really value his quality of sleep while he is still growing.
