Way too soft for my liking or needs. I felt like I was on a water bed! I called to ask what level of softness it was and was told it was "plush". I never saw that on any of the details.

This topper is too firm. I was so disappointed. I have already thrown away the packaging and receipt so I can't return it. I'm now shopping for another topper.

Amazingly comfortable, haven't slept this comfortably ever! Felt like I was sleeping on a cloud and I want to lay in bed all day. I wake up refreshed but sad that I have to leave my bed. I recommend this heavily. Already told my friends and family to purchase!

Wow, what a great deal for this item. The topper is so comfortable and the cooling part is so nice. I like that the cover is removable and washable, the only down side is is that after its on the first time its not very easy to get on and off again by yourself, however the cover is not needed its just a nice bonus.

It's good, but not great, it worked as needed, but was only a temporary solutution.

Comfortable, amazing support for my body. It was worth every penny.

Too firm

While the topper makes a firm mattress more comfortable, it has a polyester cover. Polyester is plastic and traps heat, making the cooling claim false. Do not buy this if you are trying to cool your bed.

Last night was the first night sleeping on this topper and it was also the first time in 10 years I haven’t woken up from back or hip pain its super soft and comfortable. So far my best Sams purchase yet
