It might have been a mistake that I discovered this brownie mix. It was on sale so I gave it a try. It is utterly delicious. I've never been unhappy with my regular off brand brownie mix. Who doesn't love brownies? But, I didn't know they could be this wonderful with the triple chocolate, which has chocolate chunks. Seriously, I could just add the oil and water and just eat the mix... confession... I do before adding the egg.

I bought a box of these from Sam's Club pick up a few weeks ago. I baked up one package that same night. My son and I had eaten a brownie that night and said that he had a chewy piece that he then spit out. I thought it odd that he was complaining of it being chewy since he cut himself a center piece that was still very soft probably slightly undercooked. Then the following day I tried a piece (or maybe two) at work and had the same problem. I disposed of the chewy piece but still didn't think much of it. Then I cooked the last two packages together in a 9x13 pan so I that i could share some with my coworkers. I snuck a piece for breakfast and, again, started chewing on something chewy that did not break down easy. I then removed that piece and placed in a tissue..... Low and behold, the chewy piece was whitish in color and resembled a MEAL FLOUR WORM that had 5 body segments!!! TRULY DISTURBING AND WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN. I am sick to my stomach. I did some research and it turns out that this is fairly common in brownie and cake mixes with a longer shelf life. I will be sure to sift any brownie and cake mixes in the future!

I have to admit the reviews do not lie these brownies were awesome what I like about these brownies you can freeze them after you make them .wrap them up in Saran Wrap plastic wrap and freeze them in a Ziploc freezer bag and they are just as fresh as when you made them .they will not get hard in the freezer take one out as needed make two bags at a time so you have some for later. go Hershey big hit

Seems like the mix has changed. There is something in the mix that has the consistency of flaked coconut but there is no coconut in it. I think hard plastic or something that does not belong got in the mix by mistake. I won't be eating all of the mixes in this box.

These are THE BEST box mix brownies I have EVER had! (honestly I have never made brownines from scratch and why woud I with these to pick from!) I have made these a few times for the guys at work and they are a hit! They clean out a pan made with 3 pouches in under an hour! SOOOO good and oooey gooey! Can't beat them!

YUM doesn’t even begin to describe how incredible these taste. I love that I can get 4 bathes in one box. These are the best, most quality tasty brownies that we have tried and the only type they my family asks for consistently. Also perfect to buy in bulk for bakes sales for school and church events. This was my go to brownie mix! So good. So decadent. Better than most made from scratch mixes. I’m not sure what has happened, but these aren’t like what I remember. Now these brownies are bland and floury. I double checked my expiration date, made sure I added all the ingredients. I think there has been a recipe change.

I had assumed this was going to make four pans of brownies, but they tell you to use two packages for a 9x13 pan. That makes for some pretty pricey brownie mix. I almost always make mine from scratch but thought I'd give these a try. I like the chewiness of the BC brand, but I think the flavor of these is better. I never used the ones other reviewers keep mentioning as having been better, so I can't speak to that. I accidentally left out the 2 T. of water called for the first time I made them (one pouch, 8x8 pan), and while they weren't bad warm, they weren't so great the next day. Made correctly, they were a decent thickness and the flavor was pretty good for a mix.

I love brownies, but they have to be perfectly moist and have just the right amount of chocolate flavor and Betty Crocker's Hershey's Triple Chocolate Brownie Mix totally fits the bill. I definitely recommend this option to brownie lovers that want a quick option to serve at home without sacrificing flavor and quality. I received product for this review.
