They have a serving of vegetables and fruits which is hard to get her to eat any type of vegetables anyways so you guys have helped out a lot! If you've had any other gummies, these will probably be your least favorite of all time. The consistency is almost creamy, and they get so stuck in your teeth. Also, if you buy these, you should really, really love grape flavor. Most bags contained about 75% grape. Must be the cheapest flavor to produce. Disappointed.
