read the label, PROTIEN in big letters but what is the down side with carbs and sugar?

I am allergic to most nuts and this is the only granola mix without nuts I can eat.

This is a great add to greek yogurt. Add just the right amount of sweet and crunch.

Love to eat them with honey bunches of oats
