Good tasting protein bar. I eat one daily as part of my breakfast. The other part is Premiere Shake, either chocolate or the new blueberry.

Healthy compared to bags chips & cracks kids would eat before sports. Easy to carry on sports bag or backpack. I carry in my golf bag.

These are really yummy, not sure how healthy they are but I eat them for breakfast for days I am in a hurry and they are pretty good!
