Not a good protein bar for men. Has soy isolate protein as a 2nd main ingredient as well as soy lecithin in the semi sweet chocolate chips which is not "Dark Chocolate" as advertised and soy lecithin further down in the ingredients list.

"Best by date was a month expired when the bars were received". I request you to review your items. It has happened third time with us. I send this item as a gift and they told us that the item was expired. This is not tolerable.
