[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good flavors and is perfect for a healthy snack. The dark chocolate is very satisfying. It makes it challenging to use these in warmer months for outside activities or travel but for an in the house treat it’s perfect.

I've been eating these every morning for years - not that the taste is great - they're just pretty good. I ate them for the convenience. Now that the packaging has been changed I cannot open the package without using scissors, which are not always handy. I will change to another brand now. I went to their website and they want you to use their "Contact Us" section - which does not work. I see that they are getting numerous complaints about the new packaging.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being a chocoholic, the thick, dark chocolate layer on the bottom of this bar caught my attention! The bar itself is packed with roasted peanuts and additional chocolate chips but, thankfully, no high fructose corn syrup. It can be a convenient mid-day, pick-me-up snack to satisfy between meal hungers or even as a quick lunch paired with some fruit, etc. Personally, I prefer more of a fruit-based bar for mornings. I appreciate the extra protein as some days I do not get enough protein in my meals.

Great bar but the new packaging is very difficult to impossible open without a tool or cutter!!! Impossible to open safely when driving. Impossible to give to grandchildren because they can't open them. Still love them but will probably eat far less because they are so inconvenient to open!

Today I brought a nature valley protein bar with me to work for lunch and was very disappointed in what I found. I have been eating these granola bars for years and today when I went to have my lunch I opened my bar to find some kind a fuzzy black bug with lots of legs. I thought that was it but I also found two more that were similar only smaller and gray. I was not able to eat my snack and will be throwing away the rest of my box.

I have been eating the Protein/Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate bars for years. It is my go to for breakfast every single day. Now that you have made your packaging so very difficult for these 67 year old fingers to open, I will have to find something different. It's not that the bar is so great - it's pretty good, but it is convenient and doesn't taste so sweet. It's not convenient any more, so I have to find a replacement.

I've been buying these bars for years and rely on them as a good snack for someone diabetic since they are lower in carbs than other bars. But now I am so disappointed in the new packaging and unfortunately found out while traveling in the car that these bars are impossible to open by hand! I demolished the bar trying to open it with my nails, my teeth, etc. It is impossible to use these bars as a convenient on-the-go snack if you don't travel with scissors. PLEASE go back to the original packaging!!!

We are huge fans of Nature Valley products AND PB/chocolate combo snacks so I was excited to see these listed on Sam's website. However, I am very disappointed in these. They are dry and have a horrible artificial sugar flavor, much like a diet bar. Definitely will not be purchasing these again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very satisfying and delicious. When I’m in a rush in the morning, I grab a protein bar. It’s tasty and satisfies my hunger in the morning. When I get hungry in the afternoon, I also grab a nature valley protein bar. My favorite flavor is the peanut butter dark chocolate. I enjoy eating this protein bar. It’s great!
