Great current price for 2 large boxes and they aren’t stale so bought more.. been normally on keto for last 5yrs for therapeutic reasons but, recently decided to switch to low carb (under 100 netcarbs) for a couple months and cereal was on my list to eat. i chose these for they aren’t too horrible for you and not full of added sugar that i’m still trying to avoid. will say the cholesterol claim may be so, i’m still eating high fat foods, yet i went from 330ish total to 131 in like 2.5 weeks of eaten a bowl of this with a banana & unsweetened almond milk every AM..

Love my Cheerios with a sliced banana and my lactose free milk. This is one good thing that has never changed. Well, they have brought out other flavors...never have gone for any of those...but thank goodness that the basic Cheerios has remained the same over the years.

Cheerios is always a good standby. It is tasty, will fill your belly, and make you a good BM.

We almost always have some of these on hand. Great for breakfast or a simple snack.
