Let’s start off with how great this tastes. I love the taste. I love the price, it’s very reasonable for something targeted at the keto/diabetic audience. There is only one drawback, and this drawback only affects certain people like myself. One of the main ingredients is chicory root which can cause gas and bloating. I am apparently very sensitive to this. Gas and bloating like I can’t believe just after two pieces for the day. Even after one I can expect to have pretty bad gas by the end of the night. Unbelievable. I love the taste and price, it’s definitely worth a try if you’ve never had it. It your ok then you hit the jackpot and I’m green with envy.

When you have a chocolate craving, this is the healthy fix as there are no trans fats. With only 70 calories per square, it has protein and fiber that help sustain you and cancel cravings. I keep them in my desk at work so I can get an uplift as needed.

Unless you eat this box fast, they go stale before you finish them.

Bring back the oats & chocolate bars.

Delicious brownies and almost balanced. I spread a little bit of creamy peanut butter on them and they work great for diabetics.

These brownie are great, I put a spoonful of peanut butter on the top . Make a great Breakfast or snack

Good flavor and filling, but mine were a little dry and stale. Okay with a glass of milk or scoop of vanilla ice cream

Wouldn’t be without these, taste great and my go to snack when I need something sweet with low calories!
