Nature Valley Fruit & Nut Bars are delicious and full of the nuts & fruits promised by the name. A major plus is the lack of dairy & gluten neither of which I can digest. I love the soft & chewy texture.

It used to have good Almonds and dry fruits now it’s just oats that’s too sweet and some peanuts for the same price. Disappointed how they went down way

My husband LOVES these. He eats them on the road as a meal—they sustain him because of the protein and fat from the nuts and still have fairly low sugar except for the natural fruit sugar.

There are other types of Nature Valley bars, but I particularly like this one. I've been looking for these everywhere, just went in for some other things and there it was at Sam's. Best snack to keep in your car.

Was happy with the price, but 4 out of the 6 boxes were damaged upon arrival. Use to be able to purchase in store, but the item is no longer available in store. Please bring them back!

These are our favorite of the fine selection of Nature Valley bars! We take them when we travel, perfect when on long plane flights, picnics--you name it!

My husband loves these fruit and nut bars. As a diabetic, he was looking for something that was healthy and not high in sugar. He found these, and enjoys them for snacks and dessert. They also have the added bonus of keeping him regular!

We have always a variety of granola bars. We were surprised to not have these available at our local store though there seems to be a wide selection of many other types and brands. Why did this great bar get dropped from the shelves?

not too sugary but does help to bring up my sugar levels when I need it. has a hint of salt too. not overly filling. travels great. holds together well.

Great to take on outdoor activities - No Melting! Tried all the other bars they just don't stand up in the heat during outdoor activities. These Do and provide a great energy pick up during activities such as biking and hiking.
