Has a great mix of nuts and fruit. They are great for a quick breakfast. I have some in my car, in case I get hungry while I'm running errands. My husband loves these for lunch. We take these for a snack when hiking. Yummy!

Im starting to lose weight with better eating choices and some exercise. One of strategies is more frequent small meals/snacks. Im lazy and am not into preparing snacks in advance so these are my solution. I bought several varieties so far this is my favorite.

I watch my weight and I find these bars are a good treat and helpful in my health program. Sometimes will grab this one and the almond one and with an apple will be my lunch. Works for me.

Why did they change them? They used to be so good, full of whole nuts and raisins. Now, they are all chopped and skimpy on the fruit. The bars seem to be physically smaller. Of course the price went up. No good anymore. Very dissappointed. These were my go-to snack for years.

Deceiving picture on the box. It shows the bar has big big nuts on the top, similar to the Kind Bar. But when you open each bar packet, you realize the bar is mostly oatmeal and very few nuts!! Sams club stacks these boxes close to Kind bar and it’s Members Mark version, making you believe it is equivalent. Sams Club should work with General Mills to correct the picture.

These used to look like the image on the box, and we're so good. Now they are nothing like before. Just a bunch of filler stuff, and very few nuts or berries.
