I usually buy Nature Valley Sweet and Salty ganola bars with almonds, I love those, but tried these for a change. These are sticky but still in the good flavor range. Has lots of fruit and nuts in each bar so you won't be disappointed as they did not scimp on the fruit and nuts. Good with a nice hot cup of coffee or cocoa.
