[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, I wanted to write a glowing review about how much I love Betty Crocker because I am entranced by all of the vintage advertisements and I have several vintage cookbooks with her name on them after visiting the Mill City Museum in Minneapolis and reading the book Finding Betty Crocker. But I digress. I couldnt tell you the last time I used cookie mix, and Im disappointed with how these turned out. Even though I followed the directions to use a lower temperature because my Wilton baking sheets are non-stick, but the slightly high cook time because I was making the tablespoon instead of teaspoon size, the cookies cake out overcooked on the bottom and just barely baked on top. They taste as good as they can considering the above, and they were easy to make. Maybe I just need new baking sheets?

I have “ number cookie cutters” , so when they have a birthday I make cut out cookies of how old they are. I use the Betty Crocker mix every time! It is easily and.requires less than time than starting from scratch and makes just the right amount of cookies! Easy and tastes good too!

I like that you only need minimal ingredients and they don't take long to bake. My only complaint would be that the package is a little small.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are so easy to prepare: just need butter and an egg for drop cookies. They came out golden brown and delicious. And a package was such a good price! I definitely recommend picking up a pouch or two for a quick dessert option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great cookie mix, I enjoy baking & it’s a quick way to get some yummy cookies for a cheaper price than buying the store made ones. Plus you get more cookies out of it too. I like to add chocolate chips & mini m&m’s to them. Mix can be really wet though so putting it in the fridge for a bit makes it easier to plop on the baking sheet.

Bought this cookie mix to save some time.  Made the directions for rolled cookies (3 tbsp flour, 1 stick melted butter, 1 egg) and they're a big mess.  Dough won't stick together and breaks up when you try to roll it.  No time for a do-over.  Thanks.  NOT.  

It says will make 12 2” cookies….i got 12 cookies but they are very thin and fall apart when picked up. I put the dough in round drops on the sheet I did not flaten. Baked for 12 minutes at 375 But they were mushy in the middle so puts back in for 2 minutes and still mushy so went in for 2 more minutes and they came out just barely brown on edges of some. I let them cooled and after 10 minutes they felt cool so using a metal spatula I lifted one up and it fell apart. Tried another one and it broke in half. The taste is okay. I sprinkled them with a little sugar and cinnamon. I don’t believe I’ll try the Sugar Cookie mix again. Here is the code on the package 16000 45706. The expiration date is 21FEB2025. Disappointed as I wanted to give to a family by me that have four girls for Halloween along with some brownies and candy. Praying the Betty Crocker Salted Caramel brownies mix comes out good. I live on SS and I don’t have one penny to my name at this time so I can’t go out and buy some or another mix. So that’s a lose of half stick of butter and mix.
