Whole almonds in a tasty, creamy, hint of salt covering. I eat half, rewrap and eat the rest later. So good.

I have tried a lot of different Granola bars, but these Nature Valley Almond bars are great. I thought I would be the only one in my home to eat them, but boy was I fooled. I have a hard time keeping them in the house. Even my granddaughter loves them!

If you don't like sugar in your diet than maybe you should consider another item. BUT, almonds, oats, a quick pick me up? good choice! (candybars eat your heart Out!) Beats a coke all to Hattie. I find, Great taste and for the most part good for you. I eat one per day when working (physically strenuiously) as a pick me up and for fiber.

I work odd hours and but the time 5am rolls around I would kill for carbs. I eat one of these around midnight and I am good till I am off at 8am. They are sweet, crunchy, soft and gooey but also packed with almonds. They really curb all my snacking sweet needs. I love that they are not super high in calories and I get a good balance of sugar and protein. My blood sugar likes to dip down in the 40s which cause me to be a bit loopy but these seem to keep it stable all night no matter how many boxes I move or how much running all over I do. Love them so much for the kids snacks too. We go for hikes and they each grab one and they are so easy just to stick in your pocket.
