These are not "healthy". They are chock full of SUGAR!! It's just like eating a candy bar. They do have quite a bit of protein per bar but still VERY unhealth for you because, again, they have a TON of sugar in them.

Nevertheless, if the cashew ones are out of stock, or if you're an almond enthusiast, these are an excellent alternative and consistently a good bet for a quick, satisfying bite.

These are the perfect cure for that little sweet tooth you have. They are better and healthier than a candy bar. They have a crisp texture and give you a little crunch. If you are looking for a lower calorie healthy snack this is the ticket. I absolutely love the almond in them. I’m not missing any teeth but man it would be a bugger to eat these if I was.
