I know they say they are sweet and salty but they are very very sweet

These bars are a nice size. We like to take them along camping and hiking. The texture and flavor is good.

My granddaughter and I both love these as a grab and go breakfast bar as well as an “anytime” snack!

One of my favorite snack bars. In fact, I often have a Sweet and Salty bar with some fresh fruit for lunch.

I got these to help with sweet cravings while getting protein in my diet. They taste like a dessert! My 12 year old loves to eat them.

These are a great somewhat healthy snack. I really like the almond better than the peanut. But that's just a personal preference.
