It is a little hard to work all the different combinations of type, cook time, temperature, but we are getting the hang of it aNd still use the manual a lot more than we should. It performs perfectly once I figure it out. Looks good too. Still waiting for my refrigerator to arrive. Microwave is great also. Only complaint is dark interior of microwave.

I've had this stove for over a month now. I love it! It replaced a kitchenaid. I have used the soux vide and the pork roast was awesome. I used the convection roast on a ham that turned out great. I've baked breads and used the convection 3 racks to convection bake cookies. All turned out great! The cooktop is wonderful and easy to keep clean. The ThinQ is marvelous helping me to hear the timer by using my phone. I'm picky about my oven and this one is great!!!

I've had this range for about 3 months. I love it more every time I use it. It's very spacious. I love the heating element in the back. My previous oven had the heat on the bottom. If you used the bottom rack, food tended to burn. This oven distributes the heat much more efficiently, without burning.

We wanted to get the matching stove to our new LG Counter Depth LG with Instaview. We have used the Air Fry option many times over the few weeks, easy and food is so good each time. The top burners are instant light and having the center burner is so nice. This is a excellent stove!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband & I were remodeling our kitchen and decided to replace our stove. ILOVE IT!!!! It makes my life so much easier now when cooking. I no longer have burnt roasts. It tells me when my roasts are done with the probe. It is flat, which means when I bake I can leave the baking tray on the burns to cool. The best of all is I can program it to my cell phone. I can start dinner and not be home. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all the features, however, there is rubber grommet near the large burner that melted on the first use while using a large pot. also the control panel stopped working a few day after purchase just needed to reset by unplugging and replugging. There is no troubleshooting indicator on how solve this problem in the manual.

This stove is really nice, it does everything! We used the air fryer for the 1st time and our fries came out great. We're still trying to work out how to use all the features. One issue though, one of the burners won't light. Quick response from Customer Service. We're not sure yet if its a part problem or an installation issue.

The one thing I don't love--and it was the same on our first LG--is the gas smell when you begin the oven. Now, this one seems to have abated some so we will see. The other problem we are having currently is a vibration on the back panel when the fan comes on in the oven. We will have to get that figured out--it's quite annoying. All in all, it's a beautiful range. We are adding backsplash this week to complete the kitchen! I also have to figure out how to connect it to my phone. It keeps asking for my LG range password--I haven't set one up!

The electronic panel that controls the oven does not function, thus I have had the stove one month with no oven. LG sent a tech out 3 times with replacement electronics. None have worked. I still have no oven. Finally LG decided to refund my money. This is a real disappointment.
