I wanted to like this product. I really, really, really did. With a ton of positive reviews I just had to try it. Unfortunately, I went through two bottles of it and didn`t see any change to my skin. I`m unimpressed. I`m glad it helped so many other people, but it`s not for me.UPDATE: I have since upgraded my original rating from two stars to three based only off the excellent customer service I received after posting my review. So truly, it`s 3 stars for the product itself, but FIVE HUGE STARS for the customer service.Shortly after posting I received an email from Erica, a TruSkin Naturals representative, offering a full refund AND a free bottle of a different product to try. Having worked in customer service based jobs for most of my career, I am truly impressed by those who go above and beyond for their customers because the truth is they don`t have to do that. Not only did I have a wonderful (and unexpected) customer service experience, but I also really like the toner that was sent to me. It all worked out and I am very happy thanks to Erica!

I have been using this product for a few years now and wouldn`t be without it! I apply it every night and find that my face looks more dewy and moist, but not oily. I find that my fine lines are reduced. I ran out of it once and after a couple of weeks I began it see an older face in the mirror. After a few days of using it again, the more refreshed look returned! I`ve purchased it for my aunt and she loves the results, too! I highly recommend it.

I give this 3 stars because daily use *did* improve the surface texture of my skin: it`s smoother. However, I have brown skin with multiple dark spots of sun damage. They were NOT diminished by daily use of this product over 3 months. Darn: that`s what I bought it for.

I like that it doesn't leave a residue on my face. It dries quickly. For sensitive skin people this product is great I didn't break out or have any issues & I have extremely sensitive skin. I used this product every morning after my shower before putting my makeup on until finished and haven't seen a difference in my skin. I do have to say that I don't feel it's the products fault, I would highly recommend it but for me it didn't help what I was trying to achieve. Everyone is different and the results from other customers were great. On another note the company itself has probably the best customer service I ever dealt with and that alone will make me try some of their other products to see if those work better for my skin.

Great stuff! I`ve used this and a separate hyaluronic acid serum together every night for a year. I use it under my night time moisturizers. I`m impressed. It isn`t magic or immediate, but my skin looks much healthier and it smooths out the crepey areas around my eyes. I like it enough that it`s now part of my daily skin care (that I refuse to give up!) I wondered in the beginning if it was actually active vitamin c. I found out that yes, it`s actually doing something to my skin. I figured this out after putting benzoyl peroxide on a couple of times over the last year and getting a pretty intense chemical burn each time (and that was on days I skipped the vitamin c serum and used the bp by itself.) I definitely don`t recommend mixing the two, give yourself a couple of days in between, even if it is just spot treatments for break outs. I`m in my mid 40s with olive toned, combination skin that has average sun damage.

I absolutely love the products! I now use the: cleanser, serum, and moisturizer in my morning and night routine. Over the years, I have struggled with breakouts, discolorations, and large pores but since using TruSkin, I'm finally seeing lasting results!

I decided to try this serum because of the positive reviews and affordable price. However, after using it for over a month, I`m struggling to understand what all the fuss is about. There`s no noticeable difference in my skin and the product seems cheap compared to other serums I`ve used. I`d recommend buying the 1 fl oz. container if you feel compelled to try it out.

I was excited to try this product from all the buzz it has gotten on social media. Vitamin C is a great skin care option for brightening your skin and serums are a great way to get that. But this product I found it to be not useful at all. It made my skin itchy and it did not absorb into my skin at all like I had expected it to. I dove into the ingredients list a little more after my bad reaction.MSM - while Methylsulfonylmethane is relatively safe if you ingest it for no more than 3 months (inflammation relief) there is no studies shown what it does as a topical. No fly zone for me.Witch Hazel - this can dry and strip your skin. It's not what you think it is!Phenoxyethanol - pretty much a fragrance and can chase eczema and issues in infants born to mothers who have been exposed.I'm really sad this wasn't a better product. Really truly.

Its a decent serum, it provides light moisture and alleviates dark spots (slightly). I was trying to compare cheaper brands with department store varieties of vitamin c serum. There is a big difference in results. Overall, I will finish this bottle but I won`t be buying it again.

This feels like and does the exact same thing an expensive Vitamin C serum does. My sister gave me an expensive vitamin C serum and I also had this to compare. They feel the same and both leave my skin glowing. I will say though that this a tad more watery but other than that great.
