I love the resolution, refresh rate, and how easy and smooth I am able to bounce around from app to app. I am a Samsung customer for life now. When this TV goes, I will replace with a new Samsung model. Very impressed with Samsung and it's product lines.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this television pollution is excellent it automatically changes the brightness for the lights in the room contrast but for the movies Home Videos the viewing is wonderful . the resolution on this television even the cheesiest movies look great the refresh rate it's a slow with the remote but it does everything well and better than the previous versions of the televisions I own . I have five Samsung televisions and this is the best of purchased so far .

Resolution is nice. Easy to refresh going back to home button. Wish there was another usb port. Would be nice if it was a pedistal mount vs. Legs on both ends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this TV. We have three Samsung TVs. Only Brand I will purchase. Like the other two, it has a superb picture. Initial setup is simple. Finding, downloading, and adding apps to the Smart Hub is a breeze. Things I wish were different. The Smart Hub has more going on in it than my other two Samsungs. I wish it just showed the saved apps. Adding a Fiber Optic output would have been nice. And the biggie, the remote. Too few functions on it. So I purchased the Samsung BN59-01315A. This gives easier access to the Samsung TV Plus channel list and channel guide. A very inexpensive fix. Overall, you can not go wrong with this brand or TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clear, bright, no shadows! The picture on Samsung products is par excellence above all the others. The picture is real looking not film looking. The greens are green and blues blue not like green looking blue! The TV remote is easy to use and very responsive to the touch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality is excellent and meets all my expectations. The one thing I do not like about this TV is the design of the remote. Rather than use it, I prefer to use the remote from my previous Samsung TV. A feature that is missing on this TV is an audio out connector (digital or analog) so if you want to attach a sound bar to it, it must be wireless and use Bluetooth.

I don't like that it doesn't really line up with Dolby vision, not even my 8k samsung has that capability and I've read that not a single samsung tv does. Why is that? Most of everyone's tv watch is streaming.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv is pretty good, we have to hardline it into the modem which sucks pretty hard. Wireless only works every so often. And the sound from the tv itself is terrible. Like listening to a phone. We had to buy a sound bar in order for any sound to be proper. The picture quality and options for tht are solid though.

I upgraded from a 50” Seiki TV that I received for Christmas a number of years ago. It had the worst sound quality, and I could never get a bright enough picture. With this years Christmas money and purchased a 65” Samsung. The picture quality is amazing, but the sound is not as good as I expected. The primary reason I am giving a 4 star is what I went through to connect my Bose Soundbar. Samsung is one of the companies who has opted to eliminate the Optical connection for an HDMI eArc only connection, and my older Bose soundbar, which sounds awesome, and I have no reason to replace it, does not have an HDMI connection. After trial & error, I found the correct adapter
