Customer reviews for Aiper Scuba N1 Cordless Pool Vacuum with Bonus Filters & Baskets forNice and helpful tool
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device is lightweight. I love that it is cordless and it seems to require little maintenance. The robot has been left in water overnight so it is clearly waterproof and we have no issues using it the next day. It did a fairly good job with getting debris and sand from the bottom but it does take more than one run. It would be nice to have an app, that’s my only complaint.
I was impressed!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me set a scene for you: I’m constantly cleaning leaves out of my pool since my backyard is surrounded by huge trees that shed year-round. I’m not easily impressed with modern (designed to fail / wimpy) vacuums, so I was actually blown away watching this lightweight cordless tank engine go to town on my pool! It cleaned circles around my Polaris — which is extremely high maintenance in comparison (I’m constantly replacing parts & emptying out its little baby bag). This vacuum sucked up 50 to 75% more debris than my pump vacuum could, twice as fast & twice as long. Total upgrade compared to my built-in system. It didn’t take too long to charge, was easy / straightforward to set up and use, and even simpler to clean after using it. For performance and endurance, 10/10. I prefer it to my Polaris!!
Perfect pool cleaning machine!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am super impressed with this pool cleaner! The instructions are idiot-proof and charging is super easy. I have an older pool so I’m thrilled that this climbs the walls to clean them. It’s silent when in use, aside from some water movement when it reaches the surface. Couldn’t be happier!
Excellent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been testing the aiper scuba N1 Cordless robotic pool cleaner, and overall it has been a very convenient addition to my pool routine. The charging process is simple and faster than I expected, and once it’s fully charged, the device runs smoothly without interruption. Operation is straightforward your just placed it in the water and let it do its job. The filter collects a surprising amount of debris, from fine particle to leaves, and it’s easy to remove and clean afterwards. Noise levels are low, which I appreciate because it doesn’t disturb the environment while running. I also like that the seething are intuitive, marking it easy to adjust the cleaning mode depending on what the pool needs that day. So far, it’s been reliable, efficient, and very user friendly
Easy to use and works great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used this pool cleaner a few times now and I’m very satisfied. Setup was very easy- I took it out of the box, connected the charger and waited. The charge lasts a few hours which is more than enough for it to clean the whole pool, and it does a very good job. I’ve had trouble keeping up with algae growth on the sides of the pool in the past but this takes care of it with no problem. It is very user friendly too, my 73 year old father is able to operate it and clean it with no problem.
Very heavy once it has water in it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum works wonderfully, but once it has water in it, it is very heavy and almost impossible to remove from the pool. In order to clean basket and filter, it needs to be out of the water. Battery life is good and charging was easy.

Good
Not as great
Good Pool cleaner overall.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good pool cleaner overall. The battery life is average just like more robot cleaners out there, lasting on average around 3 hours. I have used a couple of this Aiper models and most of them that climb the walls don’t really do much cleaning on the wall, i guess it met be because it can’t really apply much down pressure. However, on the floor they do really well. This model in particular has a very fine mesh on the basket which helps capture finer particles. however, as you see in the video I took it seems that the speed of the machine is not calculated correctly and it moves forward faster than it should creating and upward thrust and lifting the front of the Machine causing the sensor to think it has arrived to a wall and causing it to stop and turn every time that happens, which it’s a problem when you have a large pool because it does not go from end to end of the pool. Other than that it’s a pretty good cleaner, in charges quickly and gives a normal 3 hour run time, it returns to the edge of the pool when it runs out of battery and it comes with the hook to retrieve the machine too. The basket is large enough to remove a lot of debris and its mesh is very fine to capture fine dirt and dust. The price point of this unit is on the lower end of the scale and I would say that you get a good bang for your buck when you try out this unit.

It’s ok
I see that most of the reviews are paid because of a promotion, so I’m not sure I even believe them now that I own this vacuum. I don’t find the pool vacuum to be that great. It works one time and then it dies. In the description it says one of the modes it cleans every 48 hours, yet mine cleans it one time and then it dies. So that means every time I have to pull it out of the pool and recharge it. Living in AZ the pool has to be cleaned more often and when it starts to get really hot, this is gonna be a pain to go outside every other day to yank this thing out of the pool to charge it. I thought for the cost, this pool vacuum would be amazing, but it’s not.
Thank you for sharing your honest experience with the Aiper Scuba N1. We’re truly sorry to hear that the product did not meet your expectations and that you’ve encountered performance issues.

We’d like to address your concerns seriously:

Battery life & cleaning frequency: The "every 48 hours" mode you mentioned is designed to schedule automatic cleaning cycles, but it does require the unit to have sufficient battery power to run each cycle. If the cleaner stops after only one use, there may be a defect with the battery or charging system. That is not normal operation, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration this has caused, especially in a hot climate like Arizona where frequent cleaning is essential.

Promotion & reviews: We never encourage paid or misleading reviews. Customer feedback—whether positive or negative—is taken seriously, and your honest input helps us improve our products and services.

We would like to help resolve this for you. Please contact our after-sales team so we can arrange a replacement or repair for the battery/charging issue. You can reach us at service@aiper.com. Random Cleaning, No Improvement—Not Worth It
I purchased the Aiper Scuba N1 on my own—this review is not part of any promotion or incentive. Unfortunately, the performance has been disappointing. The vacuum did not clean my entire pool, and it doesn’t appear to use any real mapping or smart navigation technology. Its movement seems completely random. At one point, it stayed in the same section of the pool for about 20 minutes instead of covering new areas. I also contacted Aiper customer service and was told it can take up to six cycles for the unit to “learn” the pool. In my experience, that does not appear to be true—the unit does not learn or improve its coverage. That explanation was frustrating and misleading. Battery life is also an issue—it lasted under two hours in my experience, which wasn’t enough to finish cleaning my 40’ x 18’ inground pool. Another downside is handling the unit. Getting it in and out of the water is more of a hassle than expected, especially when it’s full and heavy. Based on this experience, I am returning the unit. Overall, I was expecting a more efficient and intelligent cleaning process, but this didn’t deliver.
Thank you for sharing your honest experience with the Scuba N1. We’re truly sorry that the unit did not meet your expectations, especially regarding navigation, battery life, and ease of use.

Based on what you described—random movement, limited coverage, and runtime under two hours—this typically points to a possible issue with the navigation logic or battery performance. The unit should not stay in one section for 20 minutes, and the battery should last longer for a pool of your size. We also regret that the “learning cycle” explanation you received was confusing and did not reflect the actual performance.

We want to make this right. Please reach out to us at service@aiper.com with your order details and a short video of the unit’s behavior in your pool. We’ll evaluate the situation and arrange a replacement or repair for you.

We appreciate you giving Aiper a try, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration this has caused.
