We have loved this range since we got it. The temperature control is excellent and the features are great. Customer service was top notch as well. We had a grate that the enamel chipped on the first use but no questions asked, customer service had a new one at our house in a couple days.

We always had an electric stove, but decided to go with gas. It’s a great looking range, but the oven takes getting use to. My wife ruined like 8 cakes because they weren’t cooking and rising in the middle. Tried calibrating it like it says in manual, but still all over with temperature. Finally called and LG repair guy came and replaced the sensor. Seems a lot better so far, so time will tell. Air fryer works awesome, I will say that. So if your going from electric to gas, it may take some time to get the hang of.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first we thought this was going to be a great replacement for the failing stove we replaced. Now that we've had it and used it we have found many issues. The burners are not centered under the grates so pan placement is off from what appearance would dictate. The burners are too close together so you can't have multiple pans running at the same time. The grate material and the surface material of the range top are very rough and tear up paper towels or clothes that are used to clean up the surfaces. Because of this roughness, it leaves more fibers behind that need to be removed, making cleaning a 2 step process. The oven and convection cooking work well and the overall appearance is very nice. We would not buy this product if we had it to do over.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Griddle not non stick - they replaced. Stainless difficult to clean. Grates Difficult to clean. No handle of draw. WiFi feature useless. Also knobs turn to left to turn on, while all my other ranges turned to right to turn on.

Do you like cleaning tough stains out of stainless steel? Wait. Tough stains are often difficult to clean? I'm right. You're right. The thing is with this range, all stains are difficult to clean. To clean the burners, they must be immersed in hot, soapy water every time you cook anything that might splatter. So If you actually cook and not just warm things up. You are doing this burner emersion everyday. Yes. That will involve the grates also. If electricity were not so high in my area, I would have gone that route. Good Luck.

I bought my LG a month ago and love it. From the sleek style to excellent performance, this range has exceeded expectations. There is a slight learning curve as I learn the appropriate settings and new features such as convection roast and airfrying.

We purchased this oven for a recently renovated portion of our home where we have added a second kitchen. First, the product is beautiful. Simply love the look of the range and the color. However, the oven takes much longer to cook food than we are use to. Even with added time and temperature, we are finding that it still needs to cook longer than on a previous gas range we had and that is making it difficult to plan out when we are going to eat when we are adding 30-45 min to cook time. We would have still purchased the item, but probably in electric or a dual combination. We will just make the best of the situation and learn as we go.

I don't bake often, but when I do, I'm loving it. The remote wi-fi features are a big plus. Hoping to add the matching dishwasher next.

The convection and air frying settings work great and it is really sturdy. I can boil water in less than a minute and the oven is so easy to clean. Very happy with my purchase.

I purchased this because my stove/ oven wasn’t working and I cook often and consider it my therapy! Since the end of March when it was purchased I’ve been experimenting and enjoying what my oven has produced. It’s one thing to read product reviews, and another to see for yourself what this oven / stove can do! I’ve since given or put away my counter top convection oven, and my air fryer. My kitchen counter is now wide open and the space is used to make cooking easier. I would urge any home cook to make the purchase of this LG convection, air fry, bake oven. It truly is all you’ll need for your cooking needs!
