It has great features, however, like most new appliances featuring new technology, it will take some serious reading of the manual to get used to all its features. But once you get the hang of it, it is really easy to use. It black top keeps minor dirt "invisible", unlike our previous white cooktop. My only con so far is that the stainless cap easily gets discolored after every use. It takes a lot of elbow grease to remove it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this gas range. It has great features that all you to air fry, convention bake, normal bake, slow bake and prepare frozen meals. It definitely eliminates the need for multiple appliances on your counter top. The gas stove is very powerful and cooks foods quickly.

After only 16 months and used only once, the self clean feature doesn’t work and LG refused any assistance in getting it repaired. I have purchased 9 LG appliances in the past 10 years. This is no way to treat a (former) long time customer.

My biggest gripe with the oven is that after just over 1 year of use the display has started to malfunction. Just past the warranty period, and there is nothing LG can do to help. My smaller gripe is that the letters/numbering on the knobs wore off. Otherwise, it's a pretty standard oven and range.

I have been using my new LG stove for about 3 weeks. So far all of my questions have been answered by reading the booklet and watching video. The delivery and installation was on time and went smoothly. I am very happy with the features - convection cooking , convection baking,, I have not tried the air fry. I only received the basket for the air fry and NOT the pan. If the pan is part of the oven package, please let me know and send it immediately. I am keeping up with the Easy Clean also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this back in March, but just had it delivered in September, remodeled kitchen. We always had an electric stove, but decided to go with gas. It’s a great looking range, but the oven takes getting use to. My wife ruined like 8 cakes because they weren’t cooking and rising in the middle. Tried calibrating it like it says in manual, but still all over with temperature. Finally called and LG repair guy came and replaced the sensor. Seems a lot better so far, so time will tell. Air fryer works awesome, I will say that. So if your going from electric to gas, it may take some time to get the hang of.

I bought this a few weeks ago and we love the airfry feature. It allows us not to clutter our counter with a seperate airfryer and it makes the best crispy french fries. Looking forward to trying the probake as well. I have not been able to get the range to wifi connect however. Need to work on that again. The gas range is powerful, we love the grittle in the center burner, pancakes, heating tortillas, many uses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Huge improvement from cooking with electric. So far I'm impressed with all the features, especially the air fryer. I wish they would have included a tray specifically made to accommodate the large air fryer basket though. Looks great in my kitchen and seems to be a quality product. I haven't owned the range long enough to fully rate quality and performance. Only years of use will determine those ratings.

I bought this range and one reason for that was the meat thermometer; this did not come with the product so I called LG and was promised it would come in the mail with a users manual. The manual arrived but no nest thermometer. Last time I will purchase LG anything

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our review would have been 5 stars if not for the left front burner having an issue within 30 days of the purchase. We called LG for service and they took care of it right away (5 stars on service)! This stove has elevated our cooking experience. We turn it on and it goes to our preferred preset temperature almost right away. I get a notice on my phone from the LG app when it's at temperature or when the cooking timer is complete. It even tells us when it needs to be cleaned. Our teenagers use the air fry for almost everything. The oven works better than expected and the look of the stove is amazing. It upgrades the entire kitchen.
