I do not buy food products that are ship only, so the one star is for Sam's Club while the food actually rates five stars.  Food should never be exposed to outside weather that is too hot or cold.  I also have to walk a ways to get to my gate to pick up a shipped item - not great in very hot, cold or rainy stormy weather.  Even if it was delivered to my front door, I may not be able to pick it up for a while if I am not home.
