Only choice

Since none of the stores are carrying this product, I had to buy it on line and of course wait for them to arrive. Hopefully they keep these in stock on-line since these cards are about 90% of the reason we have a membership. Hopefully someone will take notice and get them back in STORES!

Best international calling card you can buy.

These cards were regularly stocked merchandise in almost ALL Sam's Clubs. Finding them now is pretty much limited to online. It's great to know that Sam's still carries them but it would be nice if they can bring them back to the stores. It took almost 4 weeks for the order to process from time of order to receipt. You'll need to plan ahead if you want to keep these cards handy.

I use it to call my son in Chile, South America.

A better way to go for international calls. More cost effective if a land line is used to make the call versus a cell phone. Per minute it's cheaper with a land line. Cellular Co's get you with roaming and long distance. That will eat up the minutes. What I did not like, was it took 3 weeks for me to get the card in the mail. I guess that's what free shipping is.

great

I call TOGO very offen and this is the only card that gives me a lot of minutes. Plus there is no connection fee. It could be cheaper.

Best phone card

I have been purchasing international (Mexico) phone cards for the past 15 years. This card gives you "real" minutes I can call to any type of phone and the rates are fair. Also, unlike other cards, the service is dependable. Whether I call on a holiday or weekend, the call goes through without problems. The connection is very clear. The service is excellent - they always tell you your minute balance up front and it is accurate. Also no connection fee to land lines. I have purchased hundreds of cards over the years...this one is the best. HOWEVER, my local Sam's club no longer carries it! I will try to buy one online and hopefully it is the same great AT&T quality.

Why limit?

We have dozens of international students who depend on this card to communicate with family, however the limit number for purchases is so low it takes several orders to even get 10 or more. I find the card is out of stock quite often. Could you please raise limit to 10 in one order? Thank you.

Reasonably good service

Thank you for your service! However, a little bit disappointment! The info on the picture of the card indicates "never expire", but the actual card says"expires 365 days after activation". This appears to be misleading. Would suggest to put a new picture of the card on the Sam's Club web site so that customers would not misunderstand when they order online! Thank you!

works for me

It's true that ATT charges 15% to recharge. I found that I can just keep buying new cards and add the minutes to the one card I already have...that way I pre-empt the 15% recharge fee. I use it to call my husband in the Middle East and it costs me $0.32/minute instead of $1.99/minute if I used my regular cell minutes.

Misleading

I bought this international calling card because the description did not say anything about recharge fees. However, when the minutes ran out and I needed to add more, AT&T charged me 15% and refused to give me a receipt.

The AT&T Worldwide PrePaid Phone Card provides special low rates to many countries. As stated in the overview, "Recharge minutes may have different rates, surcharges and terms and conditions." When adding minutes, a recharge convenience fee of up to a maximum of 15% of the recharge amount applies. Worldwide PrePaid Phone Cards have the ability to transfer the full dollar value of one Worldwide card to another Worldwide card. Therefore, if you need additional minutes you can also purchase additional Worldwide cards and transfer the balance to your existing card without the need for a recharge transaction. Balance Transfer Directions: 1. Dial the toll free number at the top of your card. 2. Enter your Card Number. 3. Press the pound key "#" for the main menu. 4. Choose option 3 to add minutes. 5. Select option 2 to transfer balance.
