instructions call for boiling the pasta for 8 or 9 minutes, but it is far too al dente. Cook for 15 minutes. use more butter, and grind on some fresh pepper. This is very tasty mac n cheese, but at this price you might consider making mac n cheese from scratch. Then you can choose your preferred pasta and make the cheese sauce with your favorite cheese. Add some dried herbs like thyme or oregano (ground fine) with some garlic powder. It is well worth the effort.

Taste kind of like the old school box mac and cheese. Nothing stands out as spectacular.

I like to leave a little pasta water behind and use a little half n half instead of milk. Delicious and much better macros than your typical mac n cheese. Great value.

goodles is the only protien pasta brand that tastes like regular pasta but also still good for blood sugars, its the best and even better adding butter for more flavor and creaminess

It's just Kraft with protein and fiber. Otherwise it tastes the same as that cheap stuff. There are many other options for quick mac n cheese that are drastically better, this one only wins out sometimes for me due to the fiber and protein.

We were skeptical about what the taste of this would be like. My kids and myself loved it. The kids didn't notice anything different about the taste and had seconds. We did use 2% milk instead of skim and did add the butter. Will buy again!

I absolutely love Goodles! it is a great source of protein, and many other vitamins. I have a very picky eater in my house who has seen through my attempts at using "healthier" Mac and cheese and always deplores the taste. Goodles, however, taste just like Mac and cheese! My picky eater cannot taste a difference between these and normal boxed macaroni, but Goodles provide far more nutrients, protein, and fiber! Honestly I requested for these to be available through Sam's Club and I'm so happy they decided to carry them :) saves me money, and helps my family meet nutritional goals :) 10/10 would recommend to anyone. I havent met a person yet who doesn't like these

WE LOVE THESE! There are better flavors and I prefer the shell pasta myself but these are very good. We use almond milk and add some salt and garlic as well as some tilamook shredded cheese to make it a bit more cheesy, sometimes parmesan also, just amp it up but these are honestly amazing!!!! We have eaten at least 50 boxes of this since it came out

yecchy tastes like crap tastes like that paste you used in grade school but not as good .bland flavorless no taste at all

I bought it for the fact it claimed to be more nutritious. But the deciding factor would be my kids. They like it and I agree.
