EXTREMELY SOFT. Softer than what I expected. IT was so soft that I felt my body sinked in for the 1st week., which I did not like. I had trouble sleeping because I was so sunked in. After that week it got a bit firm, I was not feeling so sunked in. But it is still extremely confortable, feels like it hugs all my curves. Having trouble keeping the fitted sheet from sliding/popping up , not sure if it is because of the size or thickness of the mattress. Sheet size is queen like the mattress so not sure why it keeps coming off. The mattress is so so so soft that I don't whant to keed the fited sheet on.

comfy and soft. It unrolled and laid perfect on the bed. When I first laid down, I didn't think I would care for it because I tend to like a firmer mattress and my husband likes the softer mattress. I slept extremely well.

As a person with a bad back and still recovering shoulder surgery I was happy to get this mattress. It curves with my body and provides the support needed for me to get a good of sleep and not wake up in pain.

Very soft Queen mattress. Easy to set up and the pillow top feels very soft. No instructions in the box on how long it takes before you can usew. However a quick Google search said twenty-four hours.

This mattress is pretty good. I was skeptical about getting a mattress that comes in a box. It came packaged in the rectangular box perfectly and it was very easy to remove from the box and set up. It quickly expands and takes its shape. In 24 hours it looked fully formed. I gave it some more time before actually using it to make sure it was fully expanded and ready to use. This mattress is soft, but also firm at the same time. It’s quite comfortable to lay on. The queen size is perfect and fits nicely on my bed frame. The mattress color is navy blue around the corners and the usual white color on top of the mattress. I used a queen size mattress protector and also queen sizes sheets which fit nicely on the mattress. Overall this is a good mattress to have.

Seems like a quality mattress if you enjoy sleeping on a very firm bed. I guess firm beds are not for me. Even with a topper I wake up with a back ache every morning, this is very stiff and firm. I guess I got what I ordered, I just thought it would be a nice change. The best bed I have had as a side sleeper is the Boyd Sleep York 8" Hybrid Memory Foam and Innerspring Mattress, Medium Firm, Queen from Walmart and it is a third of the price.
