Simple to use. Easy to clean.

This is my first sprayer in forty years. I got this because I am remodeling a home we recently purchased. Lots of painting involved. I've always used rollers and brushes. When I read that this makes painting 10X faster it caught my interest. After having used it several times now I would agree with that claim. To be honest though there is more prep work (masking and draping) but it is still faster. I recommend this product.

You get what you pay for

I bought this a few days ago to stain the deck and fence. Thought it was kind of expensive but I bought the one that came with the case and came with some extra stuff with it. But I got the deck done and the fence done in 3 hrs or so. After going back to see how it looked, it looked pretty good and it didnt take me all day. I'm pretty happy with it. Didnt take long to get use to it, then the cleaning wasnt that bad. Good product for the price.

Figure it out and you'll be pleased!

For all the good/bad reviews, this unit does a great job, buy you have to figure out the settings, angle, amount of air and magterial going through tool. I used it to prime my kitchen cabinets with lacquer based primter sealer (Zin BIN 123) and it coated nicely while they we laying down. Did it in garage in makeshift paint booth. Use this outside, in garage like I did, or in unihabited home. Lots of overspray is generated - and may be a result of too much air pressure. I'm going to take my interior doors out and paint those next. I'll do these standing up with water-based paint. I picked this model for the range of paint types, extra paint feature for smaller jobs. I'm fairly certain this uses more paint than brushing, BUT, time is 10x faster even with clean-up which isn't difficult at all. In fact letting the paint dry makes it easier to clean up. Overall, I'd say it was worth the money in one project.

Fantastic product - Great Value

I bought this product about 4 weeks ago to paint a bedroom in my basement. Very easy to use, no splatter and efficient usage of the paint. I also used it to stain my fence, much faster and easier than using a brush or roller. Very very easy to use and a great value. I would absolutely reccomend this to anyone looking for a high quality sprayer who doesn't want to spend 4 or 500 dollars.

Easy Use!

I bought this about a month ago. So far I have used it to paint doors and trim. Trim turned out excellent with the detail finisher. It was quick and cleanup was a breeze. I used latex which was an easier cleanup but took a little practice to dial in the sprayer. I did not thin the paint (Valspar). I also used an oil based paint which was a little bit messier (because of the nature of the paint) but turned out as good as the latex. I like the flat look it leaves instead of brush marks. The doors were touched up a little because I put the paint on thin. Still learning but I think it came out good. Highly recommend to speed up the process and avoid a pain of the pain in painting.

Great coverage simple to operate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this sprayer about a month ago. I had my workshop / shed painting project coming up and thought the Flexio 3000 would work good. I was overall very pleased with the performance. I was using latex masonry paint straight out of the can. The coverage was great and much faster than a roller or brush. I was able to paint a 8' X 14' X 30' cement block shed in under 3 hours and only used 1 gallon of paint. Over spray is very minimal and the spray controls are easy to use. Clean up with soap and water was easy as well. The next project will be painting the trim. This unit comes with both large 1.5 qrt iSpray nozzle and the detail finish nozzle for small projects . I look forward to trying out the smaller nozzle on the trim

My first paint sprayer, and it's a good one.

I had a couple jobs planned for my house, including touching up a bedroom with existing good paint (scratched and blemished from recalcitrant Command adhesive strips), and later my old kitchen cabinets. I have always used rollers and brushes but I wanted to try a sprayer because I've heard the results are good. It took longer to mask off the room than it did to paint - seriously took maybe half an hour to paint the whole works. I was really happy with the way I was able to blend in the torn topcoat where the adhesive ripped off the old paint - I don't think I could do that with a roller and get the same result. One thing I didn't expect was the volume of air this tool puts out. It's a LOT OF AIR! I had not masked the floor well enough and the light-duty plastic sheet fluttered until I weighed it down. Definitely going to tape that down next job. For cleaning - it was a pleasantly simple process that didn't leave my fingers coated in paint. Hooray! Disassembly was easy and since I used a latex paint, I washed the parts out in my basement laundry sink after spraying out a container's worth of water. It probably took me the same amount of work to clean this sprayer as it would take me to clean my brushes so I count that as a win. I'm looking forward to using it on the cabinets next. I didn't use the small container yet since I'm doing larger jobs but I may use it in the spring/summer outside for some outdoor work. I definitely think it has enough power to do work outside. Lastly, the storage case that the sprayer comes with isn't one of the crummy ones that's going to fall apart. It holds the sprayer and accessories reasonably compact and I had no trouble storing it.

Zero stars!! Do not purchase!!

I bought this sprayer to paint my kitchen cabinets. Huge mistake! I did all my research, followed all directions. I have lots of cabinets to paint, so i was looking for something to speed up the process. I started priming my cabinet doors with the sprayer, it was erratic and sprayed out larger amounts whenever it wanted. I applied even pressure on the trigger and used even strokes as directed but it just spit out more primer whenever it wanted. I tried to sand and refill the mistakes, but i now have more work to do to fill and sand because of the sprayer. I tried again with the paint thinking it might do a better job with the thicker paint, I was wrong! It was spraying out globs of paint and my doors looked like confetti, even after trying to adjust the settings. Luckily i had my roller available so i was able to roll it out and no additional damage was done. I am now just going to roll it out, one side at a time. I hope I can repair the damage it did to my doors.

Nice product!

I bought this sprayer after I returned my graco truecoat 360vsp. The big difference in the two: flexio can be broke down and everything cleaned and that I really like in a spray gun (Cleanup is easy). The flexio doesnt give you as much overspray. You have more control adjustments on the flexio in the way your paint can be sprayed onto the object. Comes in a case and another spray attachment for even more options. Only time and use will tell on the durability. Good price point. Hope this helps.
