I bought this sprayer a few weeks ago after trying a couple different pneumatic sprayers without getting satisfactory results. I build farmhouse style furniture and the first time I used this was on a coffee table for a customer. The paint went on even and smooth with little over spray. I got the finish I needed in one coat and it dried very quickly! I have used it a couple time since and have been very happy with the outcome each time. I’d definitely recommend this sprayer to anyone in the market. I look forward to using the detail sprayer on my next project! (Photos are after creating the distressed look.)

We purchased this sprayer after looking at the entire Wagner Lineup and decided this would suit our needs the best. We are painting our garage and house, but needed to paint the garage first because we purchased a steel carport and wanted the garage trim to match the metal trim of the carport. It is a fantastic sprayer with the ability to change the spray pattern on the fly! The coverage was great and I only had to use a brush to paint the areas that were too small for the sprayer due to it's EXCELLENT spray pattern. The ONLY REASON it didn't get five stars was due to the tedious cleaning of all the small pieces associated with the sprayer. I really like the small sprayer you get in this kit for smaller indoor jobs too! I also liked that it is electric and simple to use. NO ONE does home paint sprayers like Wagner! If I had photos of how well it covers, I would have shared them, but didn't think about it as we were in a bit of a hurry to get the garage finished before the Metal Building Company showed up to install the Carport.

I did a lot of research looking for a great all around paint sprayer. This Wagner Flexio 3000 was a great buy, works with paint or stain. Awesome tips and directions to help you get setup and ready to start on your project. Light weight, easy to use, quick cleanup. It's easy to get carried away and take on more projects. I'm thrilled with my new paint sprayer, i would recommend this to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Flexio 3000 as a free product to review for Wagner. It was timely as I was just starting a new project to stain/paint the decking and dock boards. I had already owned a Flexio 590. The 3000 model is very similar with a couple improvements to control the air power and paint volume. The paint volume now has number settings verses just a + / - turn knob. This makes it easy to maintain the same setting between paint fills or to make fine adjustments. BIG IMPROVEMENT. The air power also has the same number settings 1 thru 12 but now allows for half settings again giving more control. I do prefer the 3000 over the 590 model. The project certainly went faster using the sprayer and it did a good job in evenly distributing the paint. However, since this was on decking boards about 10 years old the spray was not able to adequately get into the several cracks that are typical for older 2x6 decking boards. This was easily fixed by spraying 3 boards and then using a brush to go over what was sprayed. Final outcome looked good! Cleanup was very easy as the paint does not adhere to the plastic parts of the sprayer. Another plus is the case the the sprayer and all parts can be stored in. The only negative was that the trigger seemed to be harder to maintain full pressure. I found that on longer spray runs that I would lose pressure on the trigger and the amount of paint sprayed would be reduced. Not a defect in the model just something to be aware of. I am a DIY guy and will only use the sprayer a couple times a year. For the beginner or intermediate users this is a winner. My son will now receive my old Flexio 590 model.

Recently bought this for a bathroom remodel. I masked off everything with tape and plastic because there is overspray. With any paint sprayers remember that it's all about the prep work that may take 70% of your time but is easily overlooked. Because I took the time to mask off everything, cleanup was a breeze and I didn't need to touch up anything. The sprayer easily covered all my walls and adhered to it well. I did 2 coats, one after the other because cleaning the sprayer is a chore. The cleanup process takes about the same time as a large commercial sprayer but less paint is wasted on the overall project. Also the plastic bags you can put the paint in work wonderfully. Overall it is a great sprayer, just take your time to do a project so it's done well the first time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using the detail finish nozzle. When using it, there's not that much overspray like my other one does. Set up is much easier and the clean up cuts my time in half. The best part is this sprayer does everything from paints to stains. I don't need one for paint and one for stain anymore. The only thing thats different is this one is heavier, I have issues with my shoulder and by the time I'm done my shoulder hurts.

We bought this to paint the outside of our rental house. The underneath soffits are not finished out and have nails from the roof showing through. The new outside is Hardie board planks, which would have made brushing or roller work much more difficult. The sprayer had no problem. My husband did the spraying as the sprayer is heavier with the paint inside, but since much of this house required ladder work, so we certainly needed the freedom of just having the cord follow him up the ladder. We have done some inside spraying but even with the one coat Sherman Williams paint it didn't seem to cover correctly in one coat. It never clogged and we followed the grid directions, so not sure what the issue was. I am ready to tackle my outside fencing next!

The project was to paint the kitchen cabinets. While we were at the paint shop it was suggested that project would go quicker and the finish would be better if the paint was sprayed rather then brushed and rolled. I hadn’t sprayed anything since shop class in high school, but ok let’s do it! I purchased the Flexio 3000 and I’m so glad I did. The Flexio is easy to assemble and after some practice I was ready to go. The Flexio worked great, saved me a lot of time and when I was finished, clean up was easy! Painting the kitchen cabinets was a great improvement made easy by my Flexio 3000!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Wagner Flexo sprayer. I got the Flexo 3000 to supplement my Flexo 590, which I still use. Like the Flexo 590, the Flexo 3000 comes with two nozzles; one for big surface projects (walls, ceilings, siding and fences) and the other for small projects and fine finishing (cabinets and trim). It has the power to spray unthinned coatings and comes with a sturdy carrying case for easy storage and a 1 Year Limited Warranty. I can paint up to 10X faster using the Flexio 3000 than with a brush or roller. I re-stained a stockade fence that literally took me weeks to stain with a brush in only two days. Weighing only 3.6 lbs. (empty), it’s relatively lightweight. Add another pound or so for 45 fl oz of paint or stain. Because I used a premium oil-based translucent stain rather than a water-based Latex stain, clean-up requires the use of mineral spirits and takes about 30 minutes – about what it took me to properly clean the brush. I like to keep my tools looking new, so I probably spend more time thoroughly cleaning them than most users do. I found using a “Mineral Cup Liner” makes clean-up a lot easier. Pick-up a couple of “Cone Paint Strainers” to filter the stain -- you'll thank yourself. Even though there is minimal overspray, don’t forget to wear latex gloves and a good quality respirator mask. Set-up is easy. There are only four adjustments on the Flexo 3000. After watching a couple YouTube videos and spending about 15 minutes spraying some scrap pieces I was able to find just the right combination of settings. The key is to be patient and avoid spraying the material on too thick, which only results in orange peel, sags and runs. Several light coats work best. Maintain a constant distance from the work surface and move your arm, rather than your wrist, while overlapping about 20%. I’m very pleased with my Flexo 3000.

Used one years ago borrowed from a neighbor to spray my wood shed, loved it for the ease of use. The FLEXiO 3000 I bought for a major basement remodel, made my job so easy and fast, the FLEXiO 3000 sprayer is so easy to use, quiet, (while I was painting and wife working from home did not even hear it), super easy to clean, and love that the paint bags keep the cups clean :), even did our master bath, walls look GREAT. I would Recommend Buying this fantastic sprayer, looking forward to painting the walls at our vaction home.
