The ingredient list was good, not filled with a bunch of preservatives. Overall, I would try other flavors, but probably not this one again.

I think Ben's Original, formerly Uncle Ben's, is almost synonymous with rice in this country and there is a comfort to it. As in I was pretty excited to try out this burrito bowl. It's hefty and filling, as well as quick and convenient, especially not needing refrigeration. I think this would make a great grab and go, a quick lunch. Not on its own though, however, because it is rather bland. It's quite dry and although it looks like it is covered in seasoning, it just lacks any distinctive taste. I think it'd serve best as an accompaniment to other dishes or at least with some seasoned component, like at least some sauce.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am all about rice and easy. But this was very bland, had spice but no flavor. It was also really hard to open. It was the perfect size but almost all rice not much of the beans or corn. I had two bites and h fortunately thre it away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this to be a pretty decent lunch. It has a really spice to it, exactly what you'd expect from Ben's rice. I thought the amount of beans and rice was good and liked that the peppers weren't too big. It taste very similar to their spanish rice. Overall, I'm happy with you, but do be aware that the sodium is a bit high.

It’s flavorful, has wonderful blend of spices and seasonings. I did personally use a dash of hot sauce, fresh cilantro and avocado. This portion size is good for lunch! As a mom, I can absolutely see myself buying more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It tasted good but you definitely get that weird boxed meal all box meals seem to have, regardless it was still good. The texture was perfect and ingredients worked well together even though I don't care for corn all that much. It has a good amount of viyamins and other things your body needs. The packaging was nice and cohesive with the colors and layout, it properly advertises what your getting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flavors were okay and had a little spice, but it was definitely lacking in salt and the texture of the rice was a little mushy. It is also advertised as a full meal but without a protein it felt like it was just a side of Mexican rice. The portion itself is big enough to share as a side for 2, which is what I used it for, but you would have to add a separate source of protein for it to be a full meal. Otherwise definitely convenient to add as a quick side and tasted fine.
