All I have to say is that it is really easy to prepare, but I left it a little more in the microwave just in case. The packaging provides a lot of information about the product, which is great, calories, and serving size. The texture is okay, but the rice was a little bit dry, nothing too bad. The rice could've had a little more flavor, but I liked the corn and the tomatoes, which added more nutritional value. I recommend if you are going to add something else like meat or whatever, it is overall an 8.5/10.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was really good!! We made two and half burrito bowls out of it!! The half was for a two year old. I always make rice, black beans and corn for taco night so this was a cool time saver. It had a really good flavor and I added chicken, sour cream, cheese and hot sauce. I will definitely be repurchasing!! Also, it was toddler and teenager approved. They both liked it a lot too.

The packaging is really pretty. I love the colors. It’s tasty and flavorful and I think it’s a good size you can probably split it in half with someone.

This is really a complete to-go meal. It is compact and convenient to store with a pretty good shelf life. It's a good product.

Following the directions, I peeled back the film in one corner and microwaved for 90 seconds, then let it sit for a minute before stirring. The film was initially difficult to peel back but eventually opened. Preparation was simple—just pop it in the microwave. I could see the veggies and rice clearly, and mixing them together was easy. The ingredients are super clear and easy to read, making it feel like a clean choice meal without a bunch of crazy chemical additives. Taste-wise, it's decent but could be improved. The rice and veggies (beans, corn, and peppers) are present, but it lacks flavor, needing more salt and spice. Some hot sauce would enhance it. Halfway through, I felt it needed more substance, like meat, but I appreciate the option of a vegetarian bowl. The texture, however, is excellent. The veggies are cooked and soft with a bit of bite, and the rice is well-cooked, soft, and not mushy or hard. The portion size is also great. With a side dish, this could be a superb meal. On its own, the rice and beans can get monotonous, but it's definitely filling.

The texture is amazingly good not to soft not to hard.
