It has a bit of heat to it but not too much. The most lackluster part was the texture, as everything was a bit mushy. I would have one of these again.

I love how quick and easy it was to heat up and then eat. It's great for a fast lunch on the go and as a side with dinner. You can also doctor it up to your individual liking. I thought it was a bit bland, sadly. I added green peas, black pepper, and hot sauce to help with the flavoring. I ended up giving it to my hubby, who gladly eats anything. He liked it much more than I did. I would love to try other flavors when I see them in store because my better half can bring them for lunch. This wasn't my favorite flavor, but after adding more love to it, it tasted much better. It's crazy that it only takes 90 seconds in the microwave.

It definitely is good enough to replace my meals, if only it was healthier. The portion size is small, being only for one person obviously, and might not fill you up. The packaging is microwavable and the instructions make sure it's hot.

This is a shelf stable product which is also a bonus. The packaging was standard and easy to use as were the directions. The ingredients were what you would expect for this product and matched the flavor profile. The consistency was good as was the flavor. This would be great to use up left over protein with and toss it in for a quick lunch break meal!
