Just put this machine together and went to try it out. The pressure is fantastic & where hoses hook up is great but 1 of the wheels fell off due to a missing cotter pin. Also, where the pressure hose connects to the wand, it leaks. Not ideal for a brand new product.

Excellent machine that performs exactly as advertised. I purchased this unit with the expectation that it will be the last power washer I ever need to buy. My only suggestion would be to include the CAT pump manuals with the unit for easier maintenance and reference.

Nice and compact for easy storage with easy maneuverability. Like the steel braided hose and the way the nozzles are locked into the panel so are not easily lost. Nice that the oil was provided. Would prefer that the soap connector be angled to the side not facing down.

This power washer was a replacement for tow older power washers, one an older 3100 Honda, the other an electric. We use it mostly for cleaning concrete, but sometimes for cleaning the tractor or other small equipment. The comparison with the electric is night and day, not even comparable. The Simpson power washer is in the major leagues and the electric is t-ball. The older Honda is a very similar comparison. The Simpson has much more psi, thus better cleaning area and more time efficient. We have only had the new unit in service for a couple days so time will tell. As of right now, I'm very pleased.

Had to have it, all aluminum frame and deck with a cat pump and a Honda motor, I'll take it for a ride. So pressure is good, doesn't seem too underpowered, but i think the Honda likes it. You will NEVER roll the hose back up to fit on the machine after the first few uses and it tightens up. Other than that, the shipping box was a joke, had a bent frame and muffler shroud right out the gate, need corners on your boxes. Pics are before I used it and got it all dirty.

Honda engine and cat pump, the 2 things that were a necessity for me. Have owned a couple of cheaper machines, but this time I wanted to step up to a higher quality rig. Only used it about 30 minutes so far, but I've got high hopes it will last a long time. It was missing an e-clip on one wheel, luckily I had one.

Purchased two weeks ago, was well packaged with no damage. Setup was really simple. So far have used this once to clean our fence, had great pressure, much stronger than the previous electric unit owned. Honda engine started on the first pull. Excited this unit has the CAT water pump which should last over time.

I bought this in December and finally used it in April 2026. This bad boy is awesome. I had a pressure washer that I bought 15 years ago - that worked so well. I didn't realize how important the Honda engine was! Bought a Dewalt, with a chinese engine, it NEVER worked, even the certified repair shop could not get it running ... so I was on the hunt for new pressure Washer ... this one just does a great job. Now time will tell, but I think this is a winner.

This is our 3rd or 4th Simpson washer, we continue to purchase a Simpson because of the easy start and powerful pressure. My husband has a log truck so a good pressure washer is a must. Honda motor and CAT pump were factors in deciding to purchase this model. Great brand and product!

This is my third Simpson power washer. At first I was concerned because of the packaging. Handle bar was bent and did not want to go on easily. After getting it together, it performed great, which is the reason I have kept purchasing this brand over the last 16 years.
