Great choice. I have owned several pressure washers in the past and I am very familiar with many of the choices out there. Simpson really is the industry leader. After much research and reviews it was an easy choice. Honda motor, CAT pump. Pricy, but will give you great service and will last with proper maintenance. Other washers will work, but he pumps burn out or the engines develop problems. This is the real deal. The next decision is how much pressure & flow do you need. For residential use the 3400 psi & 2.5 gpm were plenty. I also wanted the aluminum chassis so that I could lift it into the back of the car by myself. The Dewalts get very heavy. This is only 74 lbs. Works great for home use (Boats, Cars, Driveway, Garage, Siding, Sidewalks). Add a turbo nozzle & floor cleaner. Good luck!

After good performance from a pressure washer purchased in 2001, I looked for a suitable replacement that would build on that success. A good experience with Pressure Washers Direct and numerous online reviews, provided a foundation for my next purchase. It was obvious that Simpson had responded to the review comments from past experiences. My unit is just what I ordered!

It's the beast. You will feel real power in your hands. You need to know how to use it in right way or instead of cleaning you will destroy whatever you are trying to clean. I didn't use it a lot at the moment of review, but I am very happy to own pro pressure washer hoping it will work for me for many years to come. One thing I didn't like about it is packaging. Cardboard box is to soft for this washer and came to my house in very bad shape that is may lead to product damage.

Bought this unit because of the Honda motor and the Cat pump. For piece of mind. And if there was an issue the warranty is there for years! Very powerful... almost too much. Have to be careful on what you are using it on and how close you get. Gets everything off of my SxS and ATVs, sidewalks, and patios.

I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the quick connect on the pump to be faulty. It didn't even fit the hose that came with the machine or the ones I already had from former pressure washers. I still have to see how this is going to work out.

This is my third Simpson power washer. At first I was concerned because of the packaging. Handle bar was bent and did not want to go on easily. After getting it together, it performed great, which is the reason I have kept purchasing this brand over the last 16 years.

Just wish I researched a little better and realized it doesn't have a pressure adjustment valve on the pump. Sometimes you don't need a full 3400psi. Also, it blows my mind that the hose doesn't come with a female quick connect to connect it to the gun. The machine is useless until you go buy a fitting. Thats like buying a new car without a steering wheel. Makes no sense.

I bought this pressure washer about a month ago and have used it three times. It has worked great for me. It is well built and being that I am a homeowner, this pressure washer should be my last based upon the quality of the machine. I could not be happier. Thanks Simpson.

Just put this machine together and went to try it out. The pressure is fantastic & where hoses hook up is great but 1 of the wheels fell off due to a missing cotter pin. Also, where the pressure hose connects to the wand, it leaks. Not ideal for a brand new product.
