I ordered this washer online and after 12 days and 4 different delivery dates FedEx Ground finally delivered it to me. Box had a 4-6" ding on top side but did not damage the washer. Did find the high pressure hose quick connect on the damaged and Simpson Cleaning quickly sent a replacement. the damaged did not occur during shipping as the washer was packed well and the quick connect was behind a thick layer of packing. Cranking the Honda engine for the first time was a real chore. Once cranked this beast came alive! Plenty of power and now easy to crank. Open choke and 3/4 throttle is what seems to work for me. To keep low pressure in the washer to assist cranking I use one spring clamp to hold wand trigger on and one spring clamp to keep the wand in the washer holder. Using this washer puts a big smile on my face and works much quicker than most other washers. Should last for years if used properly.

Working flawlessly. I am used to a longer hose for most jobs. This thing just keeps on humming. I notice the pump does get pretty hot so I do try to let it cool down periodically. The Cat pump does have a reputation as a commercial workhorse so no need to worry. The aluminum frame is very nice and you will notice it when hoisting it in and out of a vehicle.

Just tried it out today. Very little assembly required. So far it seems to be working as expected.

I am extremely happy with my Simpson pressure washer. It starts first pull, and is built really well! Use it all the time. Nice professional grade pressure washer. Not homeowner junk.

I love my Simpson had it a year use it a lot things been bulletproof for me  Plenty of pressure great Honda motor great rebuildable cat pimp great warranty

My Simpson 3400 psi 2.5 gpm has been dependable and work's good. My only issue is finding a service center for the Honda motor, and the Simpson pump.

I bought this a month ago and it's simply amazing!
