[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Members Mark Bacon Ranch Chicken Burger 40oz, These chicken patties are packaged nicely in individual 2 patty packages, within a cardboard container. Easy to use individual portions without opening the entire package and then having to repackage. They are large and filling. Several ways to easily prepare quickly, as they are precooked. The flavor was nice. The texture was a bit rubbery and had some chewiness to it, this wasn’t very appetizing for a chicken patty. To test we used the air fryer method per instructions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon opening the package I first noticed how big these chicken patties are. They gave a nice aroma and are very easy to prepare. I cooked in the air fryer. They have a good flavor with nice pieces of bacon in them. With sports and practices starting up again, these are perfect for a quick meal. Just add a vegetable, fruit, and potato for tasteful dinner on those busy nights of running from one school to another dropping off and picking up.

I was just airfrying to and eat with rice and a little salad on the side , some salsa. Got me full without the greasiness

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Members Mark Bacon Ranch Chicken Burger is the perfect addition to a great meal. They are individually packaged by two inside the box. It tastes great and the ingredients are simple. Easy to cook and make the perfect quick meal. It’s delicious on a bun or a lettuce wrap, cut up in a salad or on its own. I’m sure it could be used in many dishes.

Saw this in our local Sam's Club on sale prior to Labor Day and decided to pick up a pack and throw these on the grill with the regular burgers. Since these were pre-cooked, I knew I didn't have to keep them on nearly as long as the uncooked patties, so I scheduled them for the tail end of the grill time. They heated up just fine and were still juicy when I plated them up. As people started trying the patties, however, they soon discovered that the "chicken" listed as the first ingredient, meant every part of the chicken, and about every third bite of every patty contained pieces of articular cartilage, that hard, sometimes chewy cartilage at the end of a drumstick. In the context of eating this in a chicken patty, this was a very unwelcome ingredient that in fact made the entire chicken patty burgers a flop. No one wanted to eat any more of these because of the "surprise" cartilage bits mixed into the patties. It's not that people don't eat cartilage, they do, and many people find the articular cartilage at the end of the drumstick a great part to eat. But in those instances, the articular cartilage is cooked in a way where it's somewhat soft and pliable, not this hard, unwelcome form in your mouth when you're expecting soft meat a la a burger. My recommendation to Sam's Club is to reformulate these patties, and concentrate on getting the feel in the mouth right; use the same type of meat, not a mishmash from across the chicken. It just doesn't feel right, and the eight guests at our Labor Day picnic agreed. FWIW, the taste was appealing, though somewhat strong and salty with too much ranch flavor. Dial that back a bit, change up the meat ingredients and you'll have a strong patty that can be used in multiple ways by your customers.
