The picture quality is unbelievable, deep, inky blacks, perfect contrast, and colors that look exactly how they're meant to be. Movies, F1, and gaming all look insanely smooth, and the 77" size completely transforms the room into a home theater. The new webOS runs fast, the remote is intuitive, and the brightness is a huge step up from older OLEDs. HDR content practically jumps off the screen. Even in our bright living room, it holds up with zero glare issues. Gaming is next-level as well, ultra low input lag, all the HDMI 2.1 features, and motion that stays crystal clear during fast action. The sound is surprisingly good for a slim TV, but paired with a soundbar it's perfect. If you're on the fence, just get it. This TV is an absolute masterpiece and worth every dollar.

The picture quality is absolutely breathtaking — deep, inky blacks, vibrant yet natural colors, and incredible contrast that makes every movie and sports game pop off the screen. Even in a bright room, the OLED panel handles glare surprisingly well. The new Alpha 11 AI processor does an amazing job optimizing content automatically — from 4K Blu-rays to streaming shows, everything looks crisp and lifelike. Motion is buttery smooth, and the 120Hz refresh rate combined with LG's Game Optimizer makes this a dream for gaming. The input lag is nearly nonexistent, and HDMI 2.1 support on all ports is a huge plus for next-gen consoles. The webOS interface is fast and intuitive, and pairing it with the Magic Remote feels natural — voice commands work great too. The built-in speakers are surprisingly full, but pairing it with a Dolby Atmos soundbar takes it to a whole new level. At 83 inches, the size is immersive without overwhelming the room. Movies feel like a theater experience, and sports are just on another level — it's like being on the field. If you're debating between OLED models or waiting for the next sale, trust me — the LG C5 is worth it. The performance, design, and image quality are second to none.

Very frustrating experience with the sound on the LG C5. There is no way to interface the sound output with analog speakers without some kind of expensive overly complex interface like a receiver. eARC doesn't allow use of the TV speaker for center channel and optical has no volume control. It's ridiculous that my cheap Vizio is capable of this but this expensive LG is not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded from the LG CX to the C5, and I'm really impressed. The picture quality is definitely better, especially with older content. The new processor does a great job upscaling lower-quality video, and motion is smoother too. The blacks and contrast are as great; HDR feels a bit brighter than on the CX. One thing I noticed right away is that the anti-reflective coating seems way better on the C5. Less glare, even with windows nearby, which is a big plus if you're watching in a bright room.

I picked an OLED because I wanted the vibrant colors and picture quality. The colors are vibrant, the blacks are pitch black. The speakers of the TV were also great, don't even need a soundbar. The TV is also loaded with apps and buttery smooth. The C5 was also easy to setup. I'd recommend this TV my friends and family.

Love the picture, sound coming out from TV is awesome, hooked it up to my existing 5.1 sound system, honestly cannot tell the difference. Sure there are more surround sound effects but if I didn't have an existing system, I would be perfectly fine with the sound quality coming out of the native speakers. Only had a for a couple of days and can't stay away from it! Need to find me more 4K movies to watch! Easy setup,

The OLED picture is incredible coming from an older QLED style TV. 77 is the perfect size for a living room with high ceilings, without looking small in the room or overbearing on the wall. Setup was super quick and easy. No color tweaking required, looks great out of the box in Cinema dolby vision mode. Sound is good for a TV but nobody uses built in sound anymore.
