It is so sleek and thin that it looks like a piece of art on the wall. The Magic Remote is a game changer too. I never thought I would like the point and click feature, but now I use it all the time, and the voice commands make finding shows so much easier. The picture quality is just stunning. The blacks are truly black, the colors pop, and everything from movies to sports looks insanely sharp and smooth. I have also been gaming on it, and the 4K/120Hz support makes a big difference. Connecting my devices was effortless. Between the HDMI ports, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth, and AirPlay, I had everything set up in minutes. The sound is surprisingly good for such a thin TV. Dialogue is crisp, and it even gives a bit of a surround feel with Dolby Atmos. That said, I did add a soundbar, and now it honestly feels like I am sitting in a theater. If you are on the fence, don't be. This TV has it all: gorgeous design, easy to use remote, amazing picture, and solid sound. Hands down one of the best purchases I have made in years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is great but I've dropped it one star as the remote control is cheap looking and not very well set out. Why isn't the remote made of metal instead of cheap looking plastic and why isn't it backlit? In low lighting you cannot distinguish and y buttons and the times I've hit the home page trying to turn the volume up and down is annoying because they are set so close together. Very poor thought has gone into this small but very important part of the experience. For a top of the range and not so cheap TV the remote control has been overlooked and looks and feels cheap. I cannot fault the picture at all and it is stunning - the voice control is nigh on worthless as it doesn't understand any commands so best keep it simple in my opinion. Would I advise you to buy it ? - yes if you want a decent picture and sound but No if you want a remote control which is as high quality as the TV and set out correctly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the LG 77 C5 to replace my LG 65 CX. Nothing wrong with the CX just wanted to go bigger. As I already owned a OLED tv I wasnt expecting a big wow factor as I did when I went from a LED. The C5 blew me away. The picture quality is awesome and colours are so strong and the blacks are blacks. With the older CX I had to close the blinds to reduce the glare, but what ever they have done to reduce the glare and make the screen brighter definitely works. Another issue with the CX was dark scenes it was sometimes hard to make out details but this is now not an issue on the C5. Sound is also a lot better on the C5 but I use a sound bar so this was something that wasnt going to change. The new opperating system takes a bit of getting use to, but is a lot better as you can customise more. The remote has lost a few buttons and is a little slimmer. In all honestly for such and expensive tv the remote looks and feels cheap, but you dont buy a tv for the remote. Last point a few changes to make straight away. Use film maker mode for all media and also switch of energy saving mode. You want the full brightness as thats why you paid for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Image quality is excellent, wide viewing angle is superb (the main reason I bought it) Terrestrial and Satellite TV are both excellent, as is the Ethernet interface and pairing. On-screen user interface is not so good, far too much unwanted clutter rising to the top and getting in the way, and not helped by a counter-intuitive remote control. I'm using an external full surround sound system, so have never tried the internal speakers.
