Excellent Daily Driver
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are precisely two complaints that I can give my LG 77 C5 OLED television. The first is that is that it's too thin. I feel that the fragility of the thin design is not worth the future hassle if I ever need to move it from its current location. However, that is not a problem whatsoever with how the television functions and it functions extremely well. I have been using an LG 65 B8 OLED for six years and felt it was time to step up and really give my home theater a true theater feel, with the larger screen. So far, the new television easily matches the excellent picture quality of that B8, which was a calibrated display, without needing professional calibration. I'm sure professional calibration would make the C5 look even better, but the built in Filmmaker Mode made it very easy to slip into use without hours of fine tuning. The first films I watched on it looked fantastic and I only needed to mess with a couple of settings to capture that look. I can't tell you how the speakers in this television sound. I don't use my television's speakers, as I have a dedicated sound system. I did have to figure out ARC for the first time in order to get the most out of this new television's features with my gaming setup and I appreciate how well it works with passthrough. I assume the speakers may be another downside to anyone expecting an all-in-one package, but televisions as a whole have not had excellent speakers built-in for years, so that isn't a knock against this television, but does go back to the way televisions keep getting thinner. The second complaint that I have is of the new magic remote. I understand minimizing many of the functions, but the lack of a mute button or a play and pause button for people using the built-in media apps is disappointing. I am the type of person who prefers having dedicated buttons for my functions rather than going through menus. It's not a major deal, but using my previous remote was less responsive than the new one, so I'll stick with the new one. As a whole, this television is everything i expected and more and I would fully recommend it.

Incredible TV. Worth the money and then some.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve never seen such a clear, lifelike, cinematic picture on a TV. Super easy to mount and connect to my streamer and gaming system. UI is easy to use and fast. It integrated really easily with my Sonos soundbar so I can use my streaming box remote to control the volume. I’m prone to buyer’s remorse, but not with this TV. I’m blown away by how good it looks.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ LG 83” C5 OLED AMAZING
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG 83” C5 OLED is an absolute monster of a TV and one of the best displays you can get in 2025 for the money. The picture quality is exactly what you’d expect from LG’s latest OLED panel—deep blacks, perfect contrast, zero blooming, and extremely smooth motion. HDR looks incredible thanks to its higher brightness this year, and Dolby Vision content really pops. Even in a brighter room with windows, the C5 holds up better than older OLEDs. Reflection handling is improved, and the extra brightness is enough to keep the picture from looking washed out during the day (though Mini-LED sets still get brighter overall). Gaming performance is flawless: 4K 120Hz/144Hz support, extremely low input lag, VRR, ALLM, and excellent HDR gaming. It’s basically a top-tier gaming display if you have an Xbox Series X, PS5, or a PC. The 83” size is where this TV really shines—massive, cinematic, and totally immersive. If you sit 10–14 feet away, this size is perfect.
Hi there, thank you for sharing your review of the LG OLED83C5PUA. We’re thrilled to hear the massive 83” display has delivered such a cinematic and immersive experience, with deep blacks, perfect contrast, and smooth motion making movies and gaming truly shine. It’s great knowing the improved brightness and reflection handling have enhanced daytime viewing, while the flawless gaming performance has impressed across consoles and PC. #LifesGood ❤️ For any further assistance, feel free to DM us at @LGUSSupport. LG OLED C5 Stunning Picture with Great Sound
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The screen quality on the 83-inch LG OLED C5 is outstanding. OLED truly shines here—deep blacks, excellent contrast, and rich, accurate colors. Dolby Vision content looks especially impressive. Shows like Stranger Things look incredible, with dark scenes retaining detail while highlights really pop. I already own a 77-inch LG OLED C3, so this comparison comes from real-world use. Even though the size difference between 77 inches and 83 inches doesn’t seem large on paper, it is very noticeable in practice. Installed in a dedicated media room, the 83-inch screen feels significantly more immersive and delivers a true home-theater experience. Another pleasant surprise is the sound quality. For a TV, it’s much better than expected—clear dialogue, decent bass, and a fuller soundstage compared to most flat-panel TVs. It’s good enough that you don’t immediately feel the need for a soundbar. The new webOS UI feels smooth, modern, and responsive. Navigation is intuitive, apps load quickly, and the overall experience feels polished. Overall, the LG OLED C5 is an excellent upgrade, especially if you’re coming from a 77-inch OLED. Exceptional picture quality, surprisingly strong built-in audio, and a refined user experience make it a fantastic choice for a media room.
Hi, Abhi. Thanks for sharing your experience with your LG TV—what an awesome deep dive! Love hearing how the 83" OLED C5 is delivering that true home‑theater feel with its stunning picture, rich colors, and those beautifully detailed dark scenes. It’s great that the jump from 77" to 83" made such a noticeable impact in your media room. And we’re thrilled the sound quality and smooth new webOS UI are exceeding expectations too. Sounds like the upgrade hit all the right notes. For more feedback or questions, please send us an email at lgdigitalcare@lg.sprinklrsupport.com. Thanks for choosing LG! #LifesGood ^James
