The OLED picture is incredible coming from an older QLED style TV. 77 is the perfect size for a living room with high ceilings, without looking small in the room or overbearing on the wall. Setup was super quick and easy. No color tweaking required, looks great out of the box in Cinema dolby vision mode. Sound is good for a TV but nobody uses built in sound anymore.

Well packed (It's a giant box), easy enough to get mounted up on the wall, and very thin. I was pleasantly surprised by the built in webos interface for how responsive and intuitive it is to navigate with the magic remote. So far we haven't felt the need to install an external media viewer, and are going to stick with the built in app. I like the customizable picture settings with being able to tune in sharpening, upscaling, gamma, color temp etc. The brightness is more than sufficient for my fairly dark living room, and I even turned down the max brightness a little given our environment. If you're in a dark room, you really don't need the brighter models. I didn't expect much form the built-in speakers, so I paired it with an old soundbar with the intention of upgrading it later.

I will buy an lg oled for every room that doesn’t have window opposite. Playing video games on it makes gaming feel even funner.

Setup was really easy from the hardware to the initial setup. Everything is integrated with LG ThinQ and was a breeze. Apps were easy to find and install. The TV and its software is extremely responsive and there is hardly any Colors on this TV is absolutely amazing. The colors pop in both bright and dim lighting. The darks, especially blacks are very deep and you can really tell the quality of it. What makes this TV for me is that it has an amazing viewing angle and can be seen from all parts of the room with no change in quality. Overall, a great TV for the price! Picture quality is top notch. 100% would recommend!

The perfect blacks that OLED is famous for are here, but the addition of the Brightness Booster tech means HDR movies and sunny scenes finally pop, even in my moderately bright living room. Colors are vibrant and accurate right out of the box. ​As a serious gamer, the 144Hz refresh rate, G-Sync, and FreeSync support, combined with the four HDMI 2.1 ports, make this TV unbeatable. The 83-inch size is perfect for my family room, which gets a lot of natural light from 4 windows. I was concerned about brightness, but this OLED is more than bright enough—colors pop, blacks are deep, and contrast is fantastic. Plus, the TV is surprisingly slim for its size, which gives it a sleek, modern look that fits well with my decor. Gaming is a huge upgrade too. The HDMI 2.1 and 120Hz refresh rate make my PS5 experience smooth with no lag. Streaming content looks amazing with Dolby Vision and HDR10+ support. The interface is fast, and the Magic Remote is super easy to use. While it’s decent for everyday use, I can tell that a soundbar would really take things to the next level. The new processor does a great job upscaling lower-quality video, and motion is smoother too. The blacks and contrast are as great; HDR feels a bit brighter than on the CX. One thing I noticed right away is that the anti-reflective coating seems way better on the C5. Less glare, even with windows nearby, which is a big plus if you're watching in a bright room.

It is my fault as I I should have checked. But LG hide it very well. Feel stupid now as I could have bought the same tv, at same price, from a variety of resellers and benefited from their extended warranties. Won’t buy from LG direct again.
