[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn’t be happier with my new LG 77" OLED evo AI C5 (2025). Right out of the box, the design blew me away. It is so sleek and thin that it looks like a piece of art on the wall. The Magic Remote is a game changer too. I never thought I would like the point and click feature, but now I use it all the time, and the voice commands make finding shows so much easier. The picture quality is just stunning. The blacks are truly black, the colors pop, and everything from movies to sports looks insanely sharp and smooth. I have also been gaming on it, and the 4K/120Hz support makes a big difference. Connecting my devices was effortless. Between the HDMI ports, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth, and AirPlay, I had everything set up in minutes. The sound is surprisingly good for such a thin TV. Dialogue is crisp, and it even gives a bit of a surround feel with Dolby Atmos. That said, I did add a soundbar, and now it honestly feels like I am sitting in a theater. If you are on the fence, don’t be. This TV has it all: gorgeous design, easy to use remote, amazing picture, and solid sound. Hands down one of the best purchases I have made in years.

We just bought the TV. Physical installation wasn't bad. But the interface is extremely confusing. I never got the mobile app to work. With difficulty, I downloaded the app for Spectrum (our cable). It doesn't appear on the main screen and is hard to find. We don't use any of the apps on the main screen (Disney, HBO, etc.) We like to stream PBS (Passport) and found out that it is not available on LGs. That weird floating cursor won't go away. CC is hard to access. If we ever find a channel to watch, the picture is fine. All of my complaints are about how difficult it is to use. The AI seems useless. Why are there all those ads for movies or streaming services in the way?

First OLED I've ever purchased and I am really disappointed. Has a horrible green tint that shows up if you view the dispaly from any other angle/axis that isn't perfect dead centre of the screen. Don't recommend LG's OLED TV's as they all seem to have this issue to some extent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is great but I’ve dropped it one star as the remote control is cheap looking and not very well set out. Why isn’t the remote made of metal instead of cheap looking plastic and why isn’t it backlit? In low lighting you cannot distinguish and y buttons and the times I’ve hit the home page trying to turn the volume up and down is annoying because they are set so close together. Very poor thought has gone into this small but very important part of the experience. For a top of the range and not so cheap TV the remote control has been overlooked and looks and feels cheap. I cannot fault the picture at all and it is stunning - the voice control is nigh on worthless as it doesn’t understand any commands so best keep it simple in my opinion. Would I advise you to buy it ? - yes if you want a decent picture and sound but No if you want a remote control which is as high quality as the TV and set out correctly.

It was easy to connect, and sync to my phone and the picture quality is far above all other TVs in my house. The remote is easy to use and simple, and the sound is great! I’m going to get a sound bar but the sound and color are great! I’m really happy I bought this TV, and I’m thinking of buying another!

The image quality is excellent—colors and brightness are stunning. However, there's a major issue when enabling 144Hz: it introduces noticeable image artifacts. My TV is connected to a 4080 Super via HDMI 2.1, properly inserted into HDMI port 1. Yet, when 144Hz is active, a glitch appears—like a brief flicker where colors seem to smear across parts of the screen for about 0.2 seconds. This visual bug makes 144Hz overclocking unusable. For now, I'm sticking to 120Hz. LG, please address this in a future firmware update. Thanks!
