Excellent TV!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stunning picture quality, amazing brightness and clarity even in a bright room. Clear crisp image with an excellent refresh rate. Easy to set up and use. The built in sound is decent but I would recommend a sound bar. Looking forward to enjoying this television for years to come!

LG OLED65C5AUA
Thumb wheel on the remote control failed two times in six months. Both replacement remote controls took 7-10 days, no remote no TV. I would not buy this LG OLED65C5AUA again.

Great TV - Magic Remote, Not So Great
Great Picture and Sounds - The "magic" remote does NOT have numbers to channel select. Instead, you must use the optic pointer which is clumsy at best...but I have only owned the TV for 2 days....
Hi, Tim. Thank you for sharing your thoughts about your LG TV. We’re delighted to hear that the picture quality has impressed you and is even better than your previous LG TV. It’s wonderful to know the upgrade has made such a positive difference for you. To help with your new setup you can adjust the pointer speed and size in the Accessibility menu to make the Magic Remote easier to navigate. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Audio is not good! Optical Input Cable little door broke off and now the cable won’t stay locked in. Sound has breaks during music and videos. Very disappointed.

Superb 77” TV option at fair price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As expected, superb TV at good price point. Upgraded from 55” C1 only because I needed a larger screen size. No concerns with the C1 at all, still great 5 years later. And this is even better! All in all, for what you get this is the sweet spot in terms of value for money…
Great picture!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I m very happy with my new LG OLED 77C54LA, the colour, brightness and clarity of the image on screen is the best I’ve seen and everyone that visits my home agrees. My previous tv was a Samsung 55” OLED and this LG is a definite upgrade. Thanks to everyone at LG 👏
Not worth the money
Not worth the money for sure. Nothing is intuitive or plug and play. Doing anything in the settings is difficult and finding simple, basic features (like inputs?) is much more complicated than it should be. My last tv, you plug the PC/laptop into the HDMI and you get video. Not at all on this overpriced thing. The picture is fine, sound is okay but I use a sound bar so no a factor. I cannot stand the voice remote or "SMART" TV garbage. Useless to me, I will never talk to any electronics, but there are no decent options that aren't "SMART". This one had the best reviews, I don't get it though, especially not for the price. It takes a ton of research to figure out basic settings. There's no manual, not even online that I have found, so you have to search random posts. Terrible
Hi. Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed experience with your LG TV. We appreciate how clearly you described what’s been difficult for you, especially when it comes to navigating inputs, using the remote, and locating a proper manual. It’s great that the picture and sound quality are working well for you, even if the setup and interface haven’t felt as straightforward as you expected.
