The picture quality is stunning—deep blacks, vibrant colors, and excellent contrast that really brings movies and shows to life. The brightness is noticeably better than older OLED models, and gaming on it feels incredibly smooth thanks to the HDMI 2.1 ports and 4K @ 144 Hz support. The webOS interface is clean and easy to use, and the overall design of the TV looks beautiful in my space. The only small drawbacks I noticed are some reflections in brighter rooms and the fact that it doesn’t support DTS audio passthrough. Other than that, this TV has been an amazing upgrade, and I’m extremely happy with the purchase.

The 77" screen completely changes movie nights – blacks are truly black, colors are rich without looking fake, and HDR content really pops. The newer OLED evo panel with Brightness Booster / “Bright Room Ready” holds up surprisingly well in my bright living room, which was my biggest concern going in. For gaming, this TV is a beast: 4 HDMI 2.1 ports, support for up to 4K/144Hz with VRR and ALLM, and super low input lag. My PS5/PC games look incredibly smooth, and the TV automatically switches into the right game mode. webOS is snappy, apps like Netflix/Disney+/Prime are built in, and the new Alpha 9 Gen 8 processor keeps everything feeling fast while also doing excellent upscaling on 1080p content. The picture quality is absolutely stunning with deep blacks, crisp detail, and brightness that finally feels strong enough for daytime viewing without washing out. HDR movies look incredible, and gaming is buttery smooth with virtually zero input lag. What surprised me most is how balanced it is. Great motion handling for sports, excellent upscaling for lower-resolution content, and the new panel really does improve reflections compared to past generations. The size upgrade to 77" completely changes the experience and it feels cinematic without overwhelming the room. Setup was quick, the interface is responsive, and all of my devices synced without any weird quirks or lag. If you’re on the fence about stepping up to a large OLED or moving to this year’s LG lineup, this is easily the best purchase I’ve made in a long time. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great picture quality and immersive viewing experience at a 12' viewing distance. Well packed (It's a giant box), easy enough to get mounted up on the wall, and very thin. I was pleasantly surprised by the built in webos interface for how responsive and intuitive it is to navigate with the magic remote. So far we haven't felt the need to install an external media viewer, and are going to stick with the built in app. I like the customizable picture settings with being able to tune in sharpening, upscaling, gamma, color temp etc. The brightness is more than sufficient for my fairly dark living room, and I even turned down the max brightness a little given our environment. If you're in a dark room, you really don't need the brighter models. I didn't expect much form the built-in speakers, so I paired it with an old soundbar with the intention of upgrading it later.

It can take any game or movie and make it better than you remember the last time you saw it on a different TV! Even the sound is great and really brings what is on screen to life! The remote is well laid out and is easy to use and has all the important buttons right where you would expect them to be. Overall one of the best family purchases we've made in a long time!

The sound is not bad either major improvement over regular tvs. And the inky blacks really make the oled great.vivid colors.

Initially tested sound without sound bar and it was very good, although for our living room a sound bar was necessary. 4k Dolby Vision / Atmos looks amazing.
