I paid for a brand new cooler and I got a beat up cooler with 1 wheel really disappointed. Been calling the company and no answer

I would’ve given it 5 if the clips that hold the tray were better made. One is so loose that it won’t stay in position to hold the tray in the lid so it always falls. Multiple attempts to tighten the screw have been unsuccessful, and the screw just keeps spinning.
